Exceptional

Exceptional service from the sales team. Nothing was too much trouble. From the initial enquiry, the viewing and through to finalising the purchase, they were brilliant. Kept me regularly updated and not sure it would've gone through without all their help.

Having bought several properties over…

Having bought several properties over the years, I assumed most estate agents simply relied on Rightmove to sell. I've been really impressed to get calls from the sales team about houses before they go online. They've listened to what I want, and I'm confident I'll find a property that works for me.

Lettings - Frequent errors resulting in overcharges of thousands as was charged for full management as opposed to tenant finding only services - still waiting for a reply after nearly 1.5 years. Very poor communication and rude attitude by some staff. Shocking errors in contracts and loss of keys. Will never use Abbotfox again.

More of a 3 1/2 rating. It took over a year to sell my property with Abbotfox. They provided me with alot of veiwings but many were waisting my time as they weren't even interested in the area! So it felt as though the agency were just …

Left to freeze.

Absent throughout application process. Vague and hard to get hold of. Left waiting outside flat on moving day for hours. They have no idea where my keys are or when they will arrive. Zero help on the phone. Left to cross my fingers and hope. Worst experience of renting ever.
