We were extremely impressed with the service provided by Roseberry Newhouse. Charlotte and Olivia helped us to sell two properties, they were knowledgeable, friendly and always ready to help with advice and guidance. Olivia has continued to provide support for us after the sale of the property to help us resolve an issue with the energy company, she went out of her way to make sure we had all of the necessary information to sort the issue quickly and efficiently. Roseberry Newhouse Norton are a lovely team of people who get excellent results. We have already recommended Roseberry Newhouse to a friend and we would highly recommend them to anyone else who is thinking of selling a property.

Emailed my friend to say I lived with him I do not needed to phone twice and email twice to get a very poor apology not for what they said but for upsetting me . You don't have a record of my contact yet your team has been in contact with me ?

My experience of moving with Roseberry Newhouse was a positive one from the commencement of the sale to the finalisation of the process. I chose an office local to me so that I could have a personal experience in what can be a stressful time, and I was helped and supported throughout. Communication was extremely efficient. Many thanks to all staff in the Norton office and in particular to Olivia whose patience knows no bounds...

have used Roseberry Newhouse in Norton on several occasions over the years and would not use another estate agents. They are very professional and excellent at keeping in touch sometimes on a daily basis. They were always prompt getting back to me and nothing was too much trouble and I found all the team, Charlotte, Kev and Olivia to give an outstanding service. There have been a couple of hiccups on the solicitors side but Kev and Olivia got on to the issues straight away. If you need an excellent estate agents then look no further than this team, 5 star ⭐️ Des

I'd really like to thank the team at the Norton branch for a fantastic (albeit short!) experience. I was hugely impressed with the level of honesty and amount of research that Charlotte presented during my property's valuation and knew then that they were the right agent for me. Charlotte took beautiful pictures of my property on a Monday and by Wednesday a viewing was arranged for the day after. My property was under offer the very same day, before it had even reached the market. To say I'm impressed is an understatement! They are incredibly responsive and have gone above and beyond to get things done quickly. You guys don't know how much you've helped me, I would absolutely recommend Roseberry Newhouse to anyone!

Just accepted an offer on our property. After choosing a different agent to begin with and after feeling like we were getting nowhere we decided to change over to roseberry and the difference was staggering. They've kept in touch every step of the way and would recommend them to anybody looking to sell. Thank you to the whole team in the Norton branch.

I have used Roseberry for years, and they have always been fantastic. From finding tenants for my rental property within a couple of weeks, to finding a buyer for my house before it had hit Rightmove. I really can't fault them and their service is second to none.
