It was a difficult time as my dad had suffered a stroke and the flat was leasehold which brought about added complications. Fantastic service from start to finish. Charlotte was brillient at marketing the property, i really couldnt of asked for more in the way she presented the photos and described the property and Olivia was always on hand to answer any of my questions. Even the solicitors they reccommended were really good. It wasnt the cheapest option but for the speed in which they sold the house, and the price they achived it was by far best value. Would highly reccommend Roseberry Newhouse.

Even during lockdown they were extremely helpful and kept me informed of problems with their seller. I mainly dealt with Sue, Charlotte and Olivia but it was our buyer and a Land Registry problem which held up the progress of the purchase. They were all sympathetic and understanding and I now have the ideal home for me and my brother. I doubt I will ever need to sell the property but if I do I will go back to them.

Very prompt and excellent service from the time we made our first enquiry. Our property sold within a week due to the excellent database held by Roseberry Newhouse. Our search for another property was conducted with great politeness by Harry and Vanessa who showed real patience and understanding as we changed our minds several times. We eventually made a final decision just before the Christmas period but that didn't slow the helpful process given by all the staff. They also helped us persuade the solicitors to act as quickly as possible and we moved at the end of February. The experience of moving after 43 years could have been very uncomfortable but Vanessa et al held our hands and made the process tolerable. Brilliant Estate Agent at every point during the house buying and selling process. We first used Roseberry Newhouse when we bought our first property in Norton, they were brilliant at understanding what me and my wife were looking for and provided plenty of brilliant options. We knew they were who we wanted to sell our house with and went straight back to them recently to complete our sale. The sale and purchase was a little complicated - mainly due to the pandemic - but the team at Roseberry Newhouse fought our corner throughout the whole process and kept us informed and reassured all the way through. I find it absolutely astonishing that RB have houses for sale in Norton that do not appear on their website. All the other agents quite clearly advertise their properties which can easily be found on a Google search but RB prefer to show photos of their staff and supply phone numbers should you want to discuss a property. I know who won't be selling my property

I have just completed on my first house purchase with Teri in the Norton branch and she has been absolutely amazing ! Nothing as ever been too much hassle, when I’ve needed to email about anything she has responded so promptly. I have never dealt with estate agents before this so was unsure of what the process would be like but it’s been amazing, Teri has chased the progress of the sale for me and kept me updated all the way through.
