GoogleWe were looking for a family house to rent at the beginning of the summer, at a very tense time in the market. James has been very perseverant in his support and reliable in his selections - and eventually found a nice off-market property, allowing us to happily conclude our search. Simon and Agnes have also been extremely supportive and helpful in the last stages.

GoogleI have been with Robsons over a number of years and although we went through a bit of a bad patch in terms of service, I definitely feel they have taken the feedback on board and made some necessary improvements. My last letting was done quickly, professionally and without any hiccups. Ongoing service with our other properties has also been good over the last year or so. I would recommend Simon, Shirley, Jack, Sam, Helen, Louise and Agnes for your property lettings.

GoogleI had a great experience as a tenant in a property managed by Robsons Lettings. From start to finish, their team was highly professional and efficient. The tenancy contract process was smooth and clearly explained, and the check-in was well-organized. Throughout the tenancy, any issues that came up were dealt with promptly and effectively. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported whenever I needed assistance. The check-out process at the end of the tenancy was also handled in a straightforward and fair manner. Overall, I would highly recommend Robsons to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive letting agency.

GoogleMy experience with Robsons and especially Gary McKinnon started 2 years ago when he helped me find a beautiful rental property for our family. This year, the landlord gave us notice to vacate just as the COVID crisis hit. Gary was very helpful: he called me and assured me that he would help me find a house I liked just as much as my current house. However, he went a step further and spoke to the current landlord to ask them to extend the lease for another couple years! It was really the best outcome for me during this crisis, and hopefully for the landlord as well. Through it all, Gary was very helpful and explained all the steps and keep my anxiety at bay. If you need someone to find you a house, Robson's and Gary will always have my vote. They immediately understand what the client needs, and work diligently to meet the demands. Client satisfaction is their priority and I am so glad I went with Robsons as my letting agency!
