We started our moving journey in September and we’ve been in our new home for 3 weeks However I’m really not sure that we would have ended the process with our sanity intact if it hadn’t been for Alex and Izzy at Vincent James Estate Agents . A massive thank you to them both, they were brilliant, so friendly and always at the end of the phone when things weren’t going to plan and we needed reassurance that it would all be ok in the end, and it was… eventually! They were both amazing in the face of adversity … they know what I mean! 😂 😊

Bought my house with Vincent James, the staff is lovely, they go the extra mile, I went to pick up my keys and was gifted a welcome box and a lovely card. James is very very helpful, he lives in the estate and even came over to help me figure out how to use my heating! I hope to live many years in this house but I will use them if I ever come to sell. Thank you to the whole team!

Highly recommend. Just one look at how they market their homes and you can see that they're a cut above. Alex really brings production value when creating videos and I've not seen other estate agents apply the same diligence and level of detail in this regard. Excellent on all fronts!

Extremely impressed with the service at Vincent James. The team are so friendly and not your typical sales-type estate agents. Great communication by phone and email, and nothing was ever any trouble. It was a pleasure to work with them throughout the purchase of my new house, and although I hope it won’t be anytime soon, when I do come to sell I will definitely be instructing Vincent James. Thank you!

Vincent James were fantastic from day one. As buyers we didn’t have much experience in the housing market and the process in purchasing a property. We interacted with every member of staff throughout the process and they were all very professional, honest and very proactive. If you had a query, it was dealt with very quickly. Couldn’t have been happier with our experience and loved the house move hamper when collecting the keys. It’s clear to see why Vincent James are number 1 for new instructions in Northwich. It’s also good to see just how many boards they have with sold signs on. I will certainly be passing on this estate agent a details to any friends and family who are thinking of selling. Thank you all very much and all the very best for the future.

I used James to sell my apartment and with his phenomenal negotiation skills, we were able to achieve the full asking price. Apartments are always slower to sell but James had mine under offer in a week. He's professional and funny in equal measures, and I felt so at ease with him. Thank you, James, and wishing you all the best with your venture. I sense we are looking at the best new estate agents in Cheshire.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Excellent service from start to finish. I was selling my home and also dealing with my husband's recent passing, this was acknowledged by the whole team and they made sure everything ran smoothly from the 1st visit upto the completion. I would recommend Vincent James estate agents and the team to anyone selling a home.

I have just bought a house through Vincent James and I wanted to say that James was absolutely wonderful throughout the process. From my initial viewing through to completion nothing was too much trouble. I knew I’d have to change the bathroom in my new home and wanted the fitter to get access to assess what I needed and to take measurements etc to avoid too much delay on fixing a start date for the work! James was so accommodating and despite him having a very busy schedule he always managed to find time to allow this to happen. He’s also a true gentleman! If I were ever to sell my house I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Vincent James Estate Agent sold our 4 bed townhouse on the first day of viewings at full asking price. James is excellent and very knowledgeable about the property market. We spoke mostly to Louise once we sold, she was lovely and very helpful, as were Kate & Vincent when we spoke to them and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend this excellent company.

Having worked with Vincent James in my job as a solicitor, I found them to be driven to get the property to completion. They were proactive in requesting updates each week and looking to progress the transaction from there. I feel that many other agents are guilty of merely asking for updates without doing anything with the information. Would recommend for a great service.

Every time we spoke to Vincent James they were very professional and had up to date info about how our chain was proceeding. After every conversation was left feeling calm that things were processing in the right way. They made the whole process of buying a house a lot less stressful.

Trusted the team with our house valuation and sale, and received an offer for full ask with a few weeks, even in the current climate. The team really know the local market. Really appreciated the WhatsApp group communication too whilst at work! Will definitely use again in the future, thanks.

Absolutely top class service from Vincent James. I sold my late mother’s house which wasn’t an easy task but James and all the staff were so friendly and their advice was fantastic that it made a difficult situation much more bearable. If you have a property to sell then they are the people to go to.
