During the last six years we have used a well-known letting agent. However, we recently decided to change over to Butters John Bee. They offer an excellent, efficient service, and are very attentive and thorough. Top marks with communication and replying to emails and telephone calls promptly. All the staff I have dealt with have been extremely friendly and keen to help.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Butters John Bee.

I have recently sold a property through BJB Sandbach. They are professional as well as caring. From first meeting the valuer Mark, this was always going to be a good experience. BJB property management has to take accountability for the appropriate maintenance of all their property which I am disappointed to say that they have failed at and are so incompetent at. Sadly enough this sort of practice leads to business discontinuity as customers are left very dissatisfied.
