Paul & Richard was excellent, could not have asked for better workmen. They was very clean and considerate workers and utterly respectful of our home. We moved into our new home in November 2025. The general build quality and fit and finish is good. As you can imagine there have been issues that have required snagging, but they've been managed well by Sarah, the Customer Service Co‑ordinator for our development at Anwyl'shead office. Great job Sarah. The quality of remediation work has been good too.

Creaking stairs and floor

I had Issues with creaking from my stairs and floor in my main bedroom. Paul and Richard were sent to fix the problem and did a fantastic job. The problems were completed over the course of two days and they worked professionally throughout. I am very pleased.

We have been in our Henley style Anwyl…

We have been in our Henley style Anwyl home over 2 years now and have only had minor snags, all have been rectified apart from a bit of painting and a front garden tree we are waiting on, which I’m told will be sorted soon. A recent fault was found by Anwyll on this house type in the roof tiling, and they have been back and quickly treated all the houses of this type on the estate. Ian in charge of the works even changed the order of the planned works as I am due a baby any day and he wanted to get ours done before the arrival.
