Outstanding in all aspects of selling a house!

Sophia Fuller, Farren Mitchell and team in the Suffolk branch were absolutely fantastic! We had used several estate agents before who were not comparable to this standard of professionalism at all. Their professionalism, helpfulness, and responsiveness was outstanding and they were above and beyond with communication and keeping us in the loop. Highly highly recommend. Edward Thomson of Strutt and Parker is the real deal in a tank full of sharks in the London real estate market. His advice when I bought a short-lease apartment in Cadogan Place was invaluable. I have since gone on to refurbish the property and extended the lease to create some real value. I’d trust Ed, whether on the buy or sell side. He’s in it for the long-term, and repeat business is his goal. A relationship, not just a quick fling!

Jason wasn’t the agent selling our home, but he was the purchase agent, and he was absolutely instrumental in getting our incredibly long and stressful house move over the line. I honestly believe that if it hadn’t been for Jason, we would have given up and pulled out of the sale altogether. Cambridge rentals fiasco

This relates to the rentals service in Cambridge. We rented a house from Strutt & Parker for more than three years. They were never quick to deal with repairs and other issues, however we had a direct relationship with the owner which made life easier. When we moved out at the end of June 2024, we got the full benefit of Strutt & Parker's contempt for tenants, stunning slowness and incompetence. It took them nearly four months -- until 28 October 2024 -- to return the deposit. There was a litany of lame excuses about the time needed for estimates for some minor repairs. The reality was that it just wasn't a priority, they didn't care and they couldn't even work out which photographs attached to the contract corresponded to which actual rooms. If you rent property in Cambridge, beware this lot. Or at least be ready to suffer.

After a long property search, we recently moved into our dream home in Morpeth with Strutt & Parker acting as the selling agent. The whole team in the Morpeth office were so helpful but Jason Roberts was an absolute superstar. We've moved house many times and Jason is, by far, the best estate agent we've ever come across. Jason's advice early in the process helped us secure the house we'd searched so long for when we were competing with other potential buyers. Our purchase was then frustrating and filled with delays caused by our seller's solicitor. Without Jason's constant efforts to chase things up we would have given up. He went way beyond our expectations and even, on one occasion, personally visited the solicitor in question to demand progress! He replied to every message, returned every call and was particularly good at keeping us calm when we were running out of patience and all done with good humour! We'll always be grateful to him and hope that Strutt & Parker realise how lucky they are to have him.
