I have dealt with Rookmatthewsayer in the past. Decided to get three different agents to evaluate my property. After listening to all three and, after careful consideration, I went with Rookmatthewsayer. David Jones at the GOSFORTH branch is a professional and knows this market well. Eve who dealt with my sale was available at all times. Even when she was on another call or busy with a client, she always got back to me. The office staff are very much on the ball too. I would have no hesitation in recommending these people collectively. They are a great team and that generally comes from the person overseeing them. Thanks to all of you. Very kind regards.

We can’t thank Alistair Bowman enough for all the help he has given us throughout the process of buying our new home! We'd like to recommend Alistair Bowman as a mortgage advisor. He's helped us with (re)mortgages for a few years now and recently he helped us with the finances around selling and buying. Alistair is an extremely professional and hardworking advisor. Not only is he approachable and always there when you need him, he's also following up with you on a regular basis to see how things are progressing. You do feel that he cares for his clients and you're not only a pay check at the end of the process. When we needed to renew our mortgage offer due to overly long waiting times in the buying process he had it extended in minutes. He had the ball rolling for the fund transfer at the end of the purchase before we were even advised to start the transfer by the solicitors. He seems always on top of the game, which is superb. We would like to thank Alistair and do recommend him without any doubt.
