From the very beginning, Ash was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions and always kept me updated throughout the process. Whenever I needed advice or reassurance, Ash was there to help and made the whole experience feel much easier and less stressful. I have dealt with different people and services over the years, but I can genuinely say that Ash is the best mortgage advisor I have ever dealt with. Exceptional service from an exceptional team!

The level of service, attention to detail, helpfulness and professionalism is exceptional. I first called to arrange a valuation. Within minutes of finishing the telephone call I had received an email to confirm the appointment. This was going to be a benchmark. Every call was logged and appointments made were confirmed, any changes were indicated promptly. At the valuation appointment our property was inspected and then we did a review of the market, the area, other properties for sale and most importantly, what we could realistically expect to achieve. It was an honest and true representation - no flannel, no unsubstantiated promises. We appointed RMS - best decision! They marketed our property through all available channels and media. We achieved great responses that transitioned into viewings. We sold within 6 weeks! All viewings were followed up for feedback and those responses conveyed to us, During the actual sale the team did all the liaison that was required between ourselves and our buyers, their solicitor and ours. The progress chasing was great. We appointed RMS in Morpeth and the team there are just amazing. They are very friendly, approachable and totally professional. No question was to trivial for them to respond to or too big to be ignored. They made to whole process so easy.

Fantastic service

I have never used a mortgage advisor before and was understandably spectacle. Never the less I signed up with Alistair Bowman for the service and it’s the best thing that I have ever done concerning mortgages. His professionalism is second to none always going the extra mile in terms of the best mortgage available. He even significantly reduced my purchase price! In regular contact keeping the client updated with latest developments and is always willing to help in whatever capacity is needed right up to exchange and completion. Financial advice with Alistair

We bought our house through RMS about 9years ago with Wendy and used their financial advisor Alistair with help for our Mortgage and insurances. I cant praise them enough. Through the years Alistair has kept our remortgages and insurances up to date and the best deals he could get. This has meant we are now in a position to almost own our house and no longer require their services. Anyone wanting advice with their mortgages, life insurance etc I cant recommend Alistair at Astington RMS enough.
