Absolutely Brilliant. Sarah, Sophie and her team are fantastic. Estate Agents often receive a bad reputation for taking a fee and not doing much - not Fine and Country they go over and beyond your expectation. Their attention to detail is perfect making sure that your property looks the best it can be. Additionally Sarah is with you every step of the way from the beginning to the end. Her support when you start to have a ‘wobble’ is not only friendly but professional and holds your hand through the whole process. I now consider Sarah a good friend which can’t often be said about ‘agents’. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Sarah and her team.

Many thanks to the F&C team Newcastle/Northumberland. Sold our property very quickly (within a month of advertising), offered a first class service that included those extra touches required to sell an executive home. From day one Sarah was extremely lovely, professional and knowledgeable. We felt confident that our home would sell with her. She provided a quick but professional turnaround on getting our home photographed and ready to market. Sarah staged our home beautifully and really has an eye for attention to detail. She spent a full day at our house making sure everything was absolutely perfect and it was clear to see her passion and care. The photos came back fantastic and the drone footage was incredible. We had so many comments from neighbours and friends about how well the property was marketed, we almost wanted to keep it!! As soon as the house went to market we had viewings booked in and within 4 days we had sold for the full asking price. We couldn’t have been happier. Due to our position with purchasing a new property the sale took a little longer than planned but Sarah remained in contact regularly with not only the sale but also helping us and giving us advice on homes that we were looking to buy. Frightening and traumatic experience: When I got back to Brocco on the Park, a Fine and Country hotel, at 1.30am, sober, after attending a 50th (the reason for my stay) the door was locked. No one answered the phone, nor my knocking at the door, or the doorbell. After many panicked attempts, including calling my husband and waking him up to ask for help, I called my friends whose party it was and got a cab across town to sleep on their sofa. I had very little sleep. At least I had somewhere to go. The hotel had a night porter, but he must have been sleeping on the job. Also they were supposed to give me a code for the door, which they did not do. I was cold, tired and afraid to be stranded on my own in the middle of the night. My essential medications along with the rest of my carefully packed belongings were in the room.
