FacebookStaff are unhelpful and the service they offer buyers and sellers is simply not acceptable. My advice is use someone else... Literally anyone else.
My last landlord used these and the property had so many issues mold going up the walls and alot of water damage the whole house needed damp proofing but they weren't bothered about they are as much cowboys as my landlord they think if they paint over it it will be fine
