FacebookLetting service at Redditch are awful. Have been trying for weeks to get deposit and overpayment of rent back. Never return your calls. Spoke to manager Hannah several times and fobbed off that it was the accountants fault. I even gave them a lead of another couple who wanted to rent the house after us and the couple also rang the office several times and never rang them back. They rented with someone else now. Would never use the letting side again.
