This is a relatively new business being operated in a busy market. Previously I have relied on the more established traditional local estate agents. However, now I have experienced the professionalism, efficiency and general ethos Moovyn have displayed whilst marketing my property I cannot recommend them highly enough. Excellent value for money.

Mentions to Chris Griffiths for a honest appraisal and advice, Matt and Callum for the sales and viewing and my new "Phone a friend" for questions on the property sale Britt Evans *** and all of the team at the Bromsgrove office.Not the fastest sale because of the complications arising from the age of the property - but the most determined one, No complaints from us on any part of the services provided.

Having been let down by anothet agent, a national chain, I was wondering what to expect from this local agent. I shouldn't have worried. The approach was friendly and professional from the start. First, a realistic and sensible estimate of what valuation to expect. Second, very quick service in getting the property onto the market. Third, finding a buyer ultra fast. Fourth, handling matters efficiently from a distance, as I was in Sheffield and the property in Redditch! The result? From start to completion in barely over three months!

Corinne greeted us at the door. Very friendly and very informative when walking around. I’ve had many occasions when the agent makes little to no conversation. This was not the case. Very happy with the visit and the property.

Professional service provided from start to finish. Lots of viewings booked, staff inform you of viewings and ask if it’s convenient. Staff conducted the viewings. Constant contact with the customer - very good. Keep the customer upto date with information.
