Trying to book viewings was difficult, the staff were not helpful and did not listen when I explained that we could only view houses on a specific day.One member of staff was insistent that we had to drive our ID documents 120 miles for checking, eventually a more helpful member of staff arranged a virtual document check.I found the aftersales quite pushy and demanding.

FacebookAVOID RENTING THROUGH THE REDDITCH BRANCH AT ALL COSTS!When we got our property it was filthy to start with but we did it up completely. Unfortunately because we weren’t allowed to the view the property we didn’t realise just how small it was and the garden was unsafe so we need to move once our tenancy had finished. We were as helpful as we could possibly be by giving plenty of notice and more than willing to help with viewings and inspections. We were good tenants, always paid rent on time and they never had any issues.I asked them to keep me updated on any properties that met our needs and not once did they contact me about one (there were several that I had to contact them about)I spoke to someone on the phone one day (it was a Tuesday & I believe his name was Manny) to let them know our situation had changed and we had found somewhere quicker than expected to the property would be empty from the following Friday so it may be best to do viewings from then because they can come and go as they please. He was very nice on the phone, I won’t deny that, he let me know they had booked viewings in for the Tuesday coming up and I believed he had said for 11.30am. I took my children out for an hour to leave them to it and I went home. At around 1.30pm I’m just about to go out and this strange man just walks in to my home!!! I was so angry! I couldn’t believe it. He claimed he worked for Morgan’s and he was doing viewings. I told him to leave immediately and asked him why he just walked in!? He said it was because I had told him we were moving out and the property was empty. This is not the case. I sent an email straight after the phone call I had (a week ago by this point) with the date on that the property would be empty which was still a week away. Morgan’s just passed the blame on saying it was because I miss heard the times of the viewings but it still doesn’t justify walking in to someone else’s home. I even phoned the police because I was so angry and upset that they thought that was ok. (The property was visibly still occupied. Car on the drive. Shoes in the porch and DOORS NOT LOCKED)Since then I told them I wouldn’t be allowing viewings until we left (because of Covid they have to put the tenants first) but they kept booking them in without asking and arranging them for stupid times (bath time when you have a 2 year old and 1 year old)?? I now keep getting passive aggressive emails and constant phone calls from them despite the tenancy now being finished. We posted the keys through the letter box because I just couldn’t be around them (the emails, threats to take us to court and this strange man walking in to my home has made me frightened of them) Not once (until 2 days ago) have they tried to contact my husband. They keep coming for me to bully me in to thinking I’m in the wrong. They have now passed this on to their legal team but left out the part a colleague walked in to my home and the aggressive behaviour they have acted towards me.Single women, mums, vulnerable women! Basically all women!! PLEASE AVOID THEM! I’ve been renting a long time and have used quite a few letting agents and this is the worst service I’ve EVER experienced. I was an inconvenience to them and they have made that extremely clear.

I am so impressed with AP Morgan estate agents in Stourbridge. They sold my property,recently. Despite many complications and frustrations, their communications were spot on! All the staff are so helpful and friendly. In particular, Elysia Walters-leese. In addition to her very professionalism, she is extremely friendly and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She explained things to me so well and took her time and patience with me . Cannot speak highly enough of her, her colleagues and Stourbridge office enough. Well done !!!
