GoogleThe team at your-move was very supportive from the very first day they reserved for us the house. They communicated their progress all the time and when we were successful with the application they made sure the house was in a very good condition. GoogleMet with Floyd on Saturday to view a property he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the property + surrounding area was very pleasant as some letting agents can be quite heavy handed at the viewing stage but Floyd wasn’t overall he’s a good agent who provides an excellent experience when viewing a property!

GoogleThis little branch definitely redefines how you think about estate agents. End to end they go above an beyond to ensure customers or kept informed and their requirements are met. From finding properties and making sure solicitors are kept honest through to letting and managing properties. Biggest value for me is how the team manage the process and engagement with solicitors who would otherwise go round in circles! Wouldn't use anyone else!

GoogleInitially my interaction with YourMove was positive. A quick response time. However, having been told explicitly by an employee (Frank) that I would be renting one of their properties, this assurance was quickly reneged. Had they been upfront about the possibility of other applicants and that I was still in the application process, I would have no issue with YourMove. The decision of their employee (Frank) to make such an assurance was at best stupidity and at worst intentional deception. I will not be renting with this agency in the future. Edit: I was contacted by the head office for YourMove to discuss my experience with them. They were apologetic and explained why they had been unable to secure the property for me. I will not be removing or changing my review as it is an accurate description of my interaction with the company. However, I appreciated their call and they demonstrate a concern for customer experience. I firmly believe that they will make efforts to rectify the issues that led to a lack of clarity in my communication with them.
