Selling my flat has been one of the experiences I’ll never forget! But without Your Move and their excellence service and help it could well of been a nightmare. Two people have been fantastic throughout the whole process and going above and beyond to help me sell my flat but also make sure that the tenants I had at the time were considered and informed in a well mannered way of the impending sale of the flat. I would like to thank Ben Taylor for his professionalism and support through that part of the process. Then throughout the sale of the property Georgia Goodwin has been exemplary with feedback, support and regular updates but most importantly always a pleasant voice to hear when times can get a bit frustrating (notably the buyers Solicitors that you can’t do anything about). I can’t thank Georgia enough for all the hard work she has put into helping me and the sale of my property get over the line! Without doubt I’d highly recommend Your Move to anyone, especially highlighting the above two names as their work and help through one of the most stressful times in life makes those moments so much more easier to handle! We have been looked after by Muhtasin for a while now in our tenancy and he has been amazing, he communicates with us quickly and efficiently and shows that he genuinely cares for our needs. We have just completed yesterday on a sale with Your Move that was marketed through your Bridge Street branch in Northampton. Our Sale Progressor was Joanne Austin. She worked soooo hard for us to get this through to completion, it was quite challenging for the last month and I spoke or emailed Joanne most of those days! She always took on board everything we were saying, never said no to us and pushed and pushed and pushed for the sale to get completed so much so that we felt it appropriate to send her a big bunch of flowers upon the completion! We used YourMove to sell our house, the agents were quick to respond to queries and were always available to talk through any queries or questions. They're a good group of people to get on with, and put you at ease - this is after all their bread and butter! Joanne Austin the sales coordinator was an absolute saving grace in getting our house pushed through to exchange, and was the best liaison between clients and solicitors we've had. She was always on the ball and first on the phone with updates, generally really helpful. Would definitely use YourMove again and especially with Jo as the Sales Coordinator! Thanks for all the help! My initial experience with Your Move was somewhat disappointing and as a first time buyer, I felt they could have been a bit clearer with the process and communication especially with regards to having one firm do the conveyancing/search and then another law firm act as solicitors. However, when Joanne Austin came into the picture, my experience became a lot smoother. If this was a review of Joanne, it certainly would be 5 stars +. She was great throughout the process with chasing up solicitors on both sides, proactively updating me about progress and clarifying any issues. I couldn’t thank her enough and I understand it is her job as sales progressor but she was absolutely fantastic. Thank you Joanne!!!

Your Move has been a great experience. I phoned for a meeting about rental options, spoke to Harry who was super helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring. He then booked a meeting with Peter ( Valuation Manager) who was also fantastic, with great customer service , he spent time with me and gave me all the options available. I then went back wanting to sell through them, Peter came back out, took some wonderful photos of the house, got it on the market straight away, organised a 1 day open house and 1 week later the house is now under offer! Your Move Estate Agents in Northampton have been assisting me in Letting my four properties in Northampton for the past 20 years without any break. I found them to be very professional, proactive, honest and very prompt in providing references, preparing Tenancy Agreements and registering/protecting Deposits. In general they work as an efficient team with good communication skills. One particular staff member, Ms Karen Coleman - Lettings Co-Ordinator is exceptionally good. She has been a great support to us and also to all my Tenants. She has provided an excellent professional help in renewing Tenancy Agreements, documentation and advising most efficiently those tenants from overseas who have rented a flat for the first time in England. The team is extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you to Ben, Sam and Jessica for constantly being in touch and looking after the sale, but a special thank you to Floyd who has completely exceeded our expectations.
