Miranda and her team have displayed the utmost professionalism and whilst supporting our house sale. They truly went above and beyond. At the time of selling, our house was rented out, and our long-term tenants had a change of situation that made it tricky for them to find somewhere else. The team at Your Move worked tirelessly to ensure our tenants found somewhere suitable for them, in a difficult market, thus ensuring the property was vacant long before exchange. Their communication with us and others in the chain ensured a smooth transaction. In short, they did everything they could and were amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Huge thanks to everyone at Your Move. We chose Your Move in May 2023 after having a disappointing experience with another estate agency. Miranda the Manager from the Wellingborough Road office in Northampton dealt with the sale. The whole team Miranda, Codie and Jessica were professional and very helpful. With excellent marketing and presentation, within 4-5 viewings and a month a sale was agreed for our property. I chose Your Move because I liked Miranda. In contrast to some other estate agents I felt she was genuine, honest and interested in what was right for me in the sale of my house. I was really keen that my house went to people that were going to love it as much as me and am really pleased that it went to a lovely young couple. I had a lot of dealings with Rachel throughout the process and she was friendly, helpful and kept me informed the whole time. If I had any queries she was on to it straight away and she was great at sharing information between me and my buyers. We put our house on the market with Your Move in April 2023. Miranda the Manager from the Wellingborough Road office in Northampton came to visit us. The following week they held a full day of viewings, 15 in total I believe. Had four offers. We decided to accept an offer from a young couple from our of the area. Things were progressing nicely until we were due to exchange. But the day before, for no known reason they decided to pull out. We were devastated. We didn't want to lose the house we were buying as we are moving away. Miranda visited us and assured us she get new buyers. The next day she got viewing lined up and another couple viewed and fell in love with our house. We had to reduce the price slightly but we didn't want to lose our new house. Four weeks later and we have now exchanged contract and are due to move next Friday. Rachel the Sales Progress Manager has been amazing and in constant touch with us. From the moment I'd made an enquiry and spoke to Miranda I could tell there was something different about this agency. Miranda came across knowledge, friendly and full of enthusiasm. I also liaised with Rachel and what I found enlightening was her proactivity. We sold our house through your move back in January this year. Glen and Miranda were brilliant from the start and got us sold within a couple of weeks with minimal viewings! We've had a few hiccups along the way and it's taken longer than we would have liked but the whole team have been amazing the whole way through!
