GoogleArrogant staff, ESPECIALLY Nikki Kooner. All they care about is money. They rent out rooms in a building right beside their office with shared kitchens which is mainly for students. They take advantage of the students to benefit their pockets.

GoogleJolanta is amazing! Sheβs just gone above and beyond to help us find a property to rent which we know wasnβt the easiest due to our circumstances. She took the extra time to liaise with the landlord on some special requests - which other agencies just straight up said they wouldnβt even bother asking. GoogleWould not hesitate to recommend Ian and Winkworths. The photos for a start were amazing (compared to another agent I was using for another sale), they really showed the place off. There were (unrelated to Winkworths) issues towards the end of the sale process which Ian personally got involved in and sorted without question. No question, a great estate agent!

GoogleI recently bought through Winkworth Northampton and was extremely impressed by the service given. Ian was unbelievably helpful, resolving some issues with a difficult vendor in a quick and friendly way, really going "above and beyond". I've used a few estate agents in my time, but Winkworth stand out as the best I've experienced.

GoogleBeen with Winkworth's for the last 3+ years. They have always been available to complete necessary repairs/maintenance promptly, friendly to deal with and never had any issues or problems. Natasha has been particularly helpful and communicative regarding anything that came up. No complaints whatsoever π β¦

FacebookJust rung your Northampton number, the gentleman (if you could call him that) who answered was extremely rude and dismissive from the get go. Within one minute called me a time waster as I was trying to establish whether your agents were responsible for letting a certain property in Northampton. He even tried to chastise me, for coming through on a certain line, despite just ringing the website number. His behaviour was shifty and unprofessional, asking me in a very defensive way why I thought it was them letting the property. Ruthless attitude as soon as he realised I was not parting with money. A bit of compassion goes a long way, no matter your profession.

GoogleIan who has handle the sale of my property has been absolutely brilliant throughout the sale of my property. Expert knowledge and extremely professional and personable. Would highly recommend this estate agent. Winkworths couldn't have worked harder for me. Also special mention to the proprietor Nikki Kooner who has demonstrated sound legal knowledge and provided excellent guidance and advice throughout.

GoogleWinkworth were the Estate Agents selling the house we wanted. We were impressed with the photos online and the virtual tour (which is really useful before the sale is complete because you can keep looking at everything in detail). Ian Simons communicated well with me, he kept me in the loop, chased up solicitors, surveyors etc. and kept in contact before during and after the sale. When we eventually sell our house, I will absolutely be using Winkworth in Northampton. Brilliant service.

GoogleI engaged Winkworths to sell my leasehold property on recommendation from a friend. They weren't the cheapest - but I valued her opinion and will always be very glad I chose to give Winkworths my business. Ian guided and supported me through the protracted and exasperating sale of my flat and purchase of a house a hundred miles away - a staunch and caring ally through some really sanity-testing times, what with Covid and various anomalies on both homes. I really cannot rate him and Winkworths highly enough, and have no hesitation in recommending this organisation wholeheartedly.
