We are extremely disappointed that you have chosen to leave us a 1 star review despite the fact that you were untruthful in your application with regards to your earnings and subsequently did not pass referencing for the property you applied for. We have strict referencing criteria in place to protect all our landlords and we did explain the referencing requirements before conducting the viewing. It is a shame that you still proceeded with the application, knowing your earnings were below the requirements to rent the property and have now left us such a negative review.
