William H Brown handled my recent property sale and the service was excellent throughout. Eliza who carried out the valuation was very knowledgeable of the local market. Lawrence was extremely enthusiastic, polite and efficient and arranged a number of promising viewings within days of the property going on the market. I had offers at or close to the asking price on the property within a couple of weeks of instruction. There were a few issues that arose along the way to completion and Sam and his team were very supportive and proactive in helping to find solutions. I would thoroughly recommend this estate agent anyone looking to sell property in this area.

I have recently purchased a house through the help of Sam and Stephen. Horrible experience selling my bungalow with William H Brown. Three different buyers, three attempts to sell, three times I've been disappointed. How can they say that all their buyers are financially qualified through an in house broker if when it comes time to exchange the bank won't release the funds because of the buyers credit score. WHY WASNT THIS PICKED UP BEFORE? These things happen I understand, but the reason for the negative review is the attitude of their broker when under questioning. This company has left a bad taste in my mouth and I wouldn't recommend to anyone serious about selling their home.
