GoogleI would recommend anyone looking for an office to enquire with the Regus, the office s are well Air condition in cool quite environment. Clean offices .David is a good manager ,friendly , very supportive and have excellent customer care services .

GooglePretty abysmal in terms of service and facilities. 1. No cell reception inside the building - which they never talked about during our initial visit 2. Freezing temperatures in the rooms and specially toilets. And some days, when the sun is out, it gets too stuffy. Dont know how it will be in summer. 3. Any service or support request with Regus takes ages to resolve, and mostly remiain un-resolved. 4. Despite all this, if you still signup, dont opt in for coffee/tea. Its a waste. Get your own. 5. Parking, despite paying extra, we still endup with lots hassle getting a space. Looking to move out at the earliest. Pretty bad experience so far.

GoogleIt states that the building has heating and air con well put it this was when it's cold out side be careful inside as a penguin bit me on the arse. The toilets are disgusting never working I've never seen them cleaned you have to wipe your feet on the way out. I feel violated every time I have to ask some one any thing on the front desk that I rush home and cry in the shower and scrub my skin till its raw. I would rather run a business out of my car as atleast I can switch the air con on instead to sweating all day in that small box of a sauna office. Apart from that this please is great 👍

GoogleThe center has recently undergone significant investment with the installation of a state of the art air-conditioning system throughout the whole building, with each office boasting its own temperature control system. This allows each client to set their office temperature as warm or as cool as they like. New coffee machines of each floor with freshly ground coffee available in new contemporary styled kitchens on each floor are a great add.

GoogleRegus staff at this centre are always very welcoming and accommodating. I recommend this space for meetings or office agreements. Their business lounge is great and free to use if you have a Regus membership. They do fun networking events which is a great way to get to know the people working around you. Thanks to the staff on reception, I will always be happy to attend the Northampton site!

GoogleNo parking, Internet that is supposed to be included is slow, drops out and horrible to use. No heating SO VERY COLD in winter. Not what you would expect for a serviced office. Be aware of the extras they sneak in. Dealing with complaints is not there strong suit. Also don't plan on getting home in a hurry as the roads always jam up.

GoogleOver the past year the improvements here have been so numerous I have lost count. The staff are now friendly and helpful, the car parking problems have been sorted, the kitchens and air conditioning have been overhauled. Altogether a much more enjoyable working experience.
