From the very beginning, Megan and Sarah have both been absolutely incredible. As first-time buyers, we had so many questions and, at times, the process felt overwhelming. Megan was always professional, approachable, knowledgable and honest, taking the time to explain everything clearly and never making us feel like any question was too small. Sarah has also been outstanding throughout the mortgage process. Our application wasn’t straightforward and when the bank requested additional information before making their decision, Sarah worked tirelessly behind the scenes, keeping us updated every step of the way, responding incredibly quickly to every email and always reassuring us when things felt stressful. Thanks to her dedication and hard work, our mortgage was approved, and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful. Both Megan and Sarah have gone above and beyond to make what could have been a very stressful experience feel so much more manageable. Their communication has been exceptional, and we’ve always felt like they genuinely cared about helping us achieve our dream of buying our first home. we honestly can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done. She was really flexible in arranging multiple viewings, even fitting us in even on busy days, and made us feel so supported when it came to putting in our offer! From taking over viewings as due to circumstances was distressing for me to enter my mums apartment so they literally took control of everything for me. Becky kept me updated regularly and apartment was sold quickly. Chris who came to take pictures for property on market was friendly, helpful and explained everything in great detail. Following the passing of our parents we contacted Becky at Jackson’s and from the off we were provided with excellent support and advice. It took several months for probate to be sorted out and during that time we lost a link in the chain but Becky kept us informed and secured very quickly another purchaser. During what was a difficult time for the family, Jackson staff were great, always replied to emails and answered all our queries. The team at Jackson Grundy Duston were excellent from start to finish in our house sale & purchase. They handled both sides of the transaction for us in in a 3-house chain. Chris managed our initial sale process of our old property - offered us the best deal and were very professional & quick to put our house on the market. We sold within 2 months. The Duston office handled my sale. The reason i choose them was due to their experience and knowledge. From the initial call, putting my home on the market, Chris was diligent and advised well regarding the market and potential buyers. Megan always kept me in the loop with potential buyers and viewings. Becky was the glue that kept the correspondence going and informed me every step of the way, especially when liaising between both buyer,solicitors and agents. The team i dealt with had over 50 years experience between them and that was the difference in completing my sale as opposed to using an online site to save some money. You get what you pay for.

Our experience with Jackson Grundy has been excellent at every point. We first listed our house with Strike as we had found a house we liked listed with them and we felt ours should be easy to sell. Strike were generally awful - they overvalued our house despite concerns we expressed, gave rude service and we therefore got no viewings. We contacted Jackson Grundy for help. Chris came out very quickly to value our house, explained everything well, wasn’t at all pushy and gave us a value which we expected and were happy with, lower than the previous one by Strike. Photos were excellent, the commission was also reasonable and we went on sale with them quickly, removing our listing with Strike. We had several viewings scheduled within the first week with Chris and Becky showing and ended up with 3 offers, 2 of which came up to asking price. We sold in 10 days from listing. Even after accepting the offer, Becky went above and beyond to move things along for us and was an integral part of our exchange and completion particularly in the last few critical days. We cannot thank Becky enough for working hard to push the sale through and also keeping us in touch with the buyers after the sale. I highly recommend Jackson Grundy. For a reasonable commission they gave us a brilliant service that I cannot fault one bit. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. The free online agents really do not compare. Jackson Grundy agents know their area so well, you can really trust their opinion and advice. Thanks Becky and Chris!
