Poor customer care, Been waiting 2 years for the snags to be still done on my property. Repeated phone calls/Emails to no avail. They just dont care after you sign on the dotted line after a well rehearsed pitch to sell the property. When you escalate to the 'Regional Director' he just fobs it straight back to the infamous Customer Care Team.I really wouldnt recommend buying a Bovis Home. Disgusting.

Bovis Homes build quality is poor. They refuse to comply even with NHBC requirements. Instead they use intimidation and bullying tactics like loud sirens which have caused partial deafness. Living on a Bovis estate is like being in a protection racket. An electrical fire caused by the wrong type of wiring and faulty RCD could have killed all of our family. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Moved in November 2019 linden harpers heath Doncaster.Sales staff made the move smooth.Site Manager Kevin Brennan couldn't do anymore to help. Snags a little slow to resolve but given the pandemic safety comes first in my book. Customer service & aftercare is awsome don't listen or belive what you read. People are quick to be negertive. Well done team linden / vistry.

Great house ! Lamentable decision making over telecom provider restriction. We are in the 21st century Come on Bovis let people make there own choices and get the restriction lifted, This is my one and only complaint in 12 months!I d be more than happy to discuss this with the CEO! especially when Bovis sold two 4 bed homes from my review during the last 6 months.

Was looking at the Hazel on midfields site cam. Been looking for some time. We found that at the sales team would not take us seriously. In the end we looked at the newland site up the road. Bovis you lost out on a sale would not recommend. We will be in are newland home by Christmas.

Bodge up builders, we have had a never ending list of problems including, over priced house, boiler connected incorrectly, holes in brickwork/ missing mortar, water leaking through ceiling from under bath, front door warped, this list goes on.Cretinous con artists, liars and bodge up builders.Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Bad project of the roof.House with gutter behind the wall. The roof is leaking after 7 years and my neighbours have problem after 4 years. I am realy disappointed for a house worth around 300k. Warranty nhbc I need wait 5 weeks for inspections.

I would suggest anyone buying a Bovis/Vistry home to invest in a professional snagging report on completion. We haven’t had the best of experiences but it Is their Customer Care that leaves a lot to be desired. Lack of communication, over promising & under delivering & a serious lack of ownership of issues in our home. Dreadful.

Have my house 4 years ago and since day one, keys given and still building around me. Had a little flood, garden problems, not storage compare to the papers. flooring getting really bad since we moved, paid lots already to fix so many things. Should be a forever home but will take lots to fix they done wrong

After 2+ years, they are still continuing to wreck the lives of myself and my family, with their lack of ability to to own up to pile of crap they sold us for a third of a million pounds, that has been deemed uninhabitable and worthless. Dream home more like nightmare house.Biggest mistake of my life, don't let it be yours too!!!

I have just bought and moved into a new build house on Minerva Heights in Chichester, West Sussex. The property is excellent quality 3 bedroomed detached house. The Aftersales support from Bovis has been excellent. I had no major problems with my house. I recommend anyone to buy a Bovis House.

Bovis Homes have lied to me, misled me and been the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have missold me a Leasehold on a HOUES!! They never respond to my complaints. They are rude and 12 months since "buying" my house they have been useless. To date I am still awaiting a response to my complaint to them!

The sales process was particularly seamless particularly after the pandemic. Helpful sales team and even better after sales care. All the minor issues I reported were taken care of in good time and where not immediately available , I was kept in communication all the time till it came. Would be using them again when buying again.

We tried to book a viewing for one of their properties just to be told by their customer service...that we needed to qualify for something that even they could not explain...We thought that 400K would qualify but infact we were wrong....And that it's when we looked at their reviews...COLLISION AVOIDED!THANKS EVERYONE.

If I could assign 0 star I would. Essentially, it appears to be borderline criminal activity - obtaining monies by deception. Its been 3 years now, deposit paid, upgrades paid, they pulled the sale without telling me, and sold to another buyer whilst the house was still reserved to me, and refused to refund any of my money.

Bovis are full of promises until they have your hard earned cash, and then just bale out and leave you to worry about how to put right their massive faux pas! Would we buy a new Bovis home again?? I would rather lick broken glass off the M5 during the rush hour - at least it's a quicker death!

A total nightmare. there is not a one thing that is right with our three story house. We have been in for over a year, had to move out already twice just to come back to the house and find out it was treated by contractors with disrespect. the quality of the houses built by Bovis is shockingly bad.
