Tom was most helpful at the initial viewing and promptly contacted landlord subsequently, and confirmed with me shortly afterwards that the tenancy agreement could be pursued. Contact from Littlefairs thereafter was always helpful a courteous, as were the staff when I visited the office to provide ID confirmation. The keys handover and further guidance regarding the property was also helpful and thorough.

Really straightforward experience, it was my first time renting not as a student so I was nervous as to what to expect but Donna was friendly and very patient with me and made sure to answer all my questions and keep me updated with everything I needed to know. The paperwork and rent processes are easy enough to understand, and littlefairs even put you in touch with people to help you sort out your bills ahead of time which makes it even less hassle moving in. They're also very responsive when you email, and will phone you back if no one can answer your call the first time :)

Lovely property company and very accommodating! Myself and a friend moved into a Littefairs property about a month ago and honestly, it’s the easiest move I’ve ever had to do. Tom helped us with our move. We needed to find a new place to live asap and Tom was very kind and understanding and helped us find a place almost immediately. I’m thrilled with the service he provided us, making us feel comfortable and keeping us in the loop regularly through every step of the process.
