GoogleWe've just had a really great experience with Linley & SImpson, securing our new rental home in Ripon. Emma showed us around the property initially and she was then super-efficient at answering all our questions and ensuring we hit the target move in date and nothing was too much trouble for her. Great service guys - thanks!

GoogleWe have been renting with Linley & Simpson for over 2 years now. They are a fantastic team which will help you with anything. Becky is fanstatic you can call her anytime and if shes busy she'll get back to you straight away. It's like chatting to an old friend. The service is fantastic , always good notice with inspections or updates of details, and paperwork and renewal of contracts are very easily sorted. Would highly recommend them, even if we moved again we would go with Linley & Simpson. =)

GoogleBeing the first time living away from parents for both of us, we found the property we're at now through Linley & Simpson, Tracey was lovely, she showed my partner round first (I couldn't make it due to work commitments) and then myself at a later date around the property. We felt comfortable as soon as we met Tracey that we were in safe and reliable hands. When we fell in love with the property, We dealt with Helen who dealt with all the paperwork. She was very kind and helpful. Overall we are extremely happy with the service we recieved through Linley & Simpson and of course the property we are living in!! The best and most reliable estate agents i've spoke to!

GoogleWe have been tenants with Linley and Simpson for a year and cannot fault the service we have received when we have had issues with our property. Any queries have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and solved to our satisfaction. We are now looking for another property in the Ripon area and are again using Linley and Simpson, Tracey is very professional and knowledgeable about the properties that she shows you around and hopefully we can move into another house soon.

GoogleMy experience of them is 7/8 years old, and I regret that my review hadnt come sooner. I applied to rent a 1 bed property near Ripon City Centre, without a garden, and was rejected, with them keeping a sizable deposit. Why did I get denied? I'm so glad you asked. I was at the time renting a property in York, from someone I know personally. I was employed by the same employer as I am today. The charlatans decided to reject my application because of my landlords letter, in which the only negative comment was that the garden gets a bit long sometimes. For a property without a garden, why would that make a difference when all other aspects of the landlord letter were either positive or neutral? Wouldnt touch them with a barge pole,and haven't gone near them since. Fortunately I am now a home owner, and very pleased to say that Lindley and Simpson had absolutely no part in the transaction.

GoogleDidn’t turn up for a viewing booked with them for Rokesby place 9.30 am on 28/11/24 as arranged, we have since had tried to arrange another viewing zero communication. Really bad service. We was really keen on this property and potentially would have gone above asking price. Really hope vendors are happy with the service they have received. We certainly are not !!!!

GoogleAfter several bad experiences with other estate agents in Ripon, we found Linley & Simpson to be a breath of fresh air. Rosie went the extra mile to ensure we got the rental property we wanted and was always quick and happy to respond to any queries we had. Definitely the best estate agents in Ripon.

GoogleLinley & Simpson manage the letting and full end to end property maintenance for us and do a fantastic job. Emma Mitchell in particular handled our latest tenancy post a long term renter vacating. The process was smooth, communication open and swift renewal achieved. I'd highly recommend them if you're a landlord seeking a stress-less agency/owner relationship.

GoogleWe were given the wrong keys (they gave us keys for someone else’s property!!) they also failed to check the property we found mould in various places and when we tried to get them to remedy it, we were told to report it through their online system! Poor doesn’t really describe it - we won’t ever deal with this agent again :/
