In my personal experience and opinion these people are criminals plain and simple. When you point out their mistakes they treat you like dirt, I had never encountered evil people like this before. I would warm anyone thinking of renting or buying with them to think again, I never want to be treated like this again it was a horrible experience.

Their letting team that we dealt with was very good and professional. Zoltan from their Fulham Palace office was very responsive and good at sorting things out very quickly with the Landlord for us. All in all a very smooth experience between the viewing and singing the tenancy. I would recommend them.

GoogleMade a polite enquiry as to what the selling fees were likely to be and received a rude and abrupt response which resulted in the the agent slamming the phone down....I don't think I'll be using these to sell

We have been in our rental property now for near on a year, the experience with dealing with our letting agent has been easy and simple. As it’s a new home there are always snagging issues, however with either a simple call or email the issues have been resolved. Highly recommend.

We rented a property through Carter Jonas in Barnes, never having used this particular company before. We were immediately impressed with the entire team, their professionalism and personable manner. Having now vacated the property, the whole process was seamless and unobtrusive, with viewings arranged whilst we were still resident at the property made incredibly easy and convenient. Aileen has assisted us throughout this process and has communicated amiably and very efficiently throughout our tenancy. We would not hesitate to use Carter Jonas again to buy or rent a property.
