I am a current tenant with Hadrian estates. Unfortunately none of our repairs have been repaired despite numerous phone calls and trips to the office. The house downstairs has had a broken window since we moved in and the handle of the front door has been broken off so we are constantly worried that someone is trying to get in the house. Hadrian estates have been informed and yet again nothing has been done. When I am on the phone I get fake promises that things will be fixed but I am still waiting. I have spoken to a local police officer who told me to contact her if we have anymore bother.

I purchased my property last Sept 2017 and had great service through out with the staff who keeped me updated all the way. Since I purchased the property I have received very good service from Hadrian Estates in managing my property and all my maintanance is stress free for me as to they get the work carried out quite quick. I've had the pleasure of having been working with Dene and the absolutely wonderful and very friendly team at Hadrian Estates for over six years now. If it is possible to find a more caring, transparent, pro active, compassionate and reactive group of agents I'd be extremely surprised and suspicious. Any minor repairs or otherwise are dealt with immediately and the customer service is absolutely impeccable. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they really do go the extra mile and nothing is ever too much trouble. Best in the business bar none. Straight talking combined with exceptional civility. I've worked with approximately 6 or 7 estate agents in my work with regards to housing people and it is easy to say that Dene, Hayley, Janice and crew are the very best there is. The office team respond to telephone calls very quickly, monies are paid in on a timely fashion and I have no complaints whatsoever. maintenance requests are dealt with promptly and I believe that my tenants are very happy with the service that they receive. i can unreservedly recommend them

Hadrian estates are absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Was in one of there properties from six years + and had no probs the whole time. Would recommend this company absolutely. Absolutely worst letting agent ever please please Do not use these people to rent through. They do not get repairs fixed at all. They leave you a huge bill when leaving the property with imagined issues. They are extremely slow at fixing repairs but are fast at wanting money even without the repairs being completed.
