In connection with a recent sale instruction, Richard was able to source interested parties, assist with an appraisal of the local market and progress the negotiating efficiently and effectively, adding value over and above many property agents. Richard was instrumental in ensuring the momentum of the transaction did not drop once terms were agreed.
