Reeds Rains at Guisborough. The best estate agent.

Reeds Rains at Guisborough are super efficient, friendly and kind. If they say they will do something you can totally rely on it being done. All their staff are great and so it is perhaps wrong to pick anyone out, but Cathy is extraordinarily efficient and very kind as well as having a charming manner and a realistic attitude to the complications that inevitably arise particularly with period houses.

Highly recommend

I used Reeds Rains initially to manage a rental and then to sell the property. I highly recommend them. They are professional but welcoming, nothing is ever too much. They always kept me in the loop, even during a difficult sale, going out of there way to keep me up to date with everything. I’d like to thank Adele in particular.

Very good experience overall. People were always very helpful and made us feel valued. On occasion we had to tidy up/hoover, turn-off lights, reset blinds, etc. after viewings which was very frustrating.

Saw a house being sold by Reeds Rains, sent 2 messages via Rightmove and then an email directly. None were responded to. After a few days, decided to ring them to try & arrange a viewing. Managed to arrange the viewing. But had no explanation or apology for the lack of response. Went to the viewing, received no follow up or a request for feedback. I was just grateful we hadn't chosen them to sell our house!

I can’t praise Reeds Rains enough, from initial valuation through to sale of my property & purchase of new one the whole process was handled expertly with excellent communication throughout, all completed within 12 weeks. All the staff I dealt with with courteous & helpful but Tina was especially amazing, I also used a law firm through them which meant I didn’t have to chase them, Tina did that & relayed updates to me regularly. All in all what can be very stressful was made so simple. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling or buying a property.

Reed Rains Clevedon were the Estate Agent appointed for the property that we sought to buy earlier this year. We were allocated Brooke Adlam as our viewing agent - and to say we were impressed with her would be an understatement. Totally professional, always polite, excellent with her communication and always quick to respond to queries in the buying process. But above all that, Miss Adlam gained our trust with her ethos of treating both seller and buyer with equal respect. At no point did she play one against the other. Instead, she ensured that the seller received good, unbiased information that helped the seller agree on her final selling price. Six months on, we are settled into our new home and based on my 5-star experience, I would thoroughly recommend Reed Rains Clevedon branch to anyone considering estate agent services in the future.

Northwich Branch - Absolutely WorthlessIf you are a renter, please stay away from properties that use this branch.Unhelpful, always a delay, not wanting to do the work needed and mostly ignore you.They are unwilling to even speak about maintenance issues, all they do is take the rent and ignore you. Heating issue? Fix yourselfDrainage issue? Fix yourselfIssues they said they would fix once you moved in? Fix yourselfProperty inspection? Waste of time, they never turn up and ignore youI just have no idea why it’s so difficult to get things done. Isaac in the maintenance department literally does nothing to help and would never even bother replying. Unprofessional and unhelpful staff. We loved the property we inquired about, but the listing was not transparent hence why I think such a beauty property is still not rented yet and has even been reduced. There is no parking and it is unfurnished, though the listing will not state this. When called to ask, two agents could not point out to the written bit where it says it is unfurnished or furnished, with one condescending agent hanging up the phone.
