I first had the pleasure of meeting with Damian from Hewlett homes last year after I sold my property and put an offer in on a house they were marketing. I then got moved over to the move manager of Hewlett homes Becki. For me this was where the company shined - the communication was outstanding and I couldn’t fault them. Unfortunately my sale fell through and I lost the property I was buying but decided to re-market with them as I was very disappointed with our previous estate agents! Damian, Brandon and Becki were fabulous and got my property a new buyer after only a few weeks! I put an offer in with a house the were marketing as well and I’m now in my forever home with my family thanks to them! This family run business has its customers at heart and I felt very fortunate to have found an estate agents that were so kind and attentive. I would recommend this estate agents to everyone, they were fantastic and deserve all the recognition and praise. Thank you so much Damian, Becki and Brandon.

We previously went with someone else and the house was on the market for a while and then as soon as we went with Hewlett our house was sold on the first viewing! We wish we went straight to them and will next time! They know what they are doing and are just on it!! The team at Hewlett Homes are fantastic! Right from the start of when I viewed the property they displayed excellent customer service! Due to work commitments, I asked if I could have a viewing late on a Friday. Damian called me straight back and arranged a viewing for me. I arrived early and he was already there to meet me. Although late on a Friday I wasn't rushed at all and felt like a valued customer. His knowledge of the property was excellent and any question I had, he knew the answer. After this, the service I received from Becky and Brandon was excellent. They always answered the phone calls and emails straight away. Even if I mailed late in the evening. I was kept informed of updates at all times and helped along with their expert knowledge. I popped into the estate agents to catch up on how the purchase was going and spoke with Beth. Again, excellent service from her! She was keen to talk and I didn't feel like I was being rushed, even if she was busy! I collected the keys for the property today from the Becky, however I was offered the keys to be dropped to my work to save me coming down. Again, an excellent display of good customer service. She was keen to chat to me all about the Property, offered me future advice and thanked me for buying though them. I was even given a wine of my choice as a gift! All in all, top marks to you all at Hewlett Homes! I would have no issue recommending them for top rate service! Regards Russell.

Hewlett homes helped us sell our property, they were recommended to us by someone that went on a viewing and felt that they provided a much better service than others and we were not disappointed. We invited Hewlett Homes around to our property to view it and provide us with a valuation, which they done very quickly. Hewlett Homes discussed the value, why they had come to that price, in addition to other properties on the market that were similar so that we had confidence in their proposal. Fee’s were discussed and it was all extremely clear, we felt extremely confident with both Brandon and Damian from Hewlett homes because of their knowledge, caring attitude and clarity from day One. Photos were organised and the property was on the market within days, as viewing requests came in they liaised with us to ensure timings suited and kept us up to date with the process. It’s a bit of a stressful time so the communication from Becky was great and kept us feeling comfortable with the progress. Our property sold after just a few visits and we were lucky enough to find our own new home just a couple of days later, Hewlett Homes were just as good as this process progressed into dealing with buyers/sellers & solicitors, they communicated with all to keep the process moving along even while we were on holiday. We can’t thank Hewlett Homes enough and wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.

The team at Hewlett Homes were amazing in helping us not only find the perfect first time property but throughout the whole process from arranging viewings and suggesting similar properties we may be interested in, arranging second viewings and then helping us secure the perfect property. We had a difficult time with solicitors and Beckie was amazing in keeping in touch with us, supporting us with pushing for further contact and information and ultimately helping us get things over the line and completing. We would like to say a massive thank you to the team at Hewlett homes specifically Beckie, for all of their help and support and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell or buy.

From start to finish the team at Hewlett Homes looked after me when purchasing my new home. I very rarely had to contact them as Rebecca was always on the case and was so proactive in chasing solicitors, both mine and the vendors, chasing companies for missing paperwork and anything else that cropped up. Rebecca emailed me every week with an update even if it was just to say she was still waiting on something. I have bought and sold properties 15 times in my adult life and never had such a positive experience as I had with Hewlett homes!

Hewletts have been fantastic from start to finish. This was our first time selling our home and they made the process smooth and so easy. Brandon and Damien were fantastic and polite in regards to arranging viewings and sorting the photos. My partner and I were so impressed with Hewlett Homes right from our initial meeting and we knew very quickly that we wanted to list our home with them. We have been so pleased with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The thing that really sets Hewlett Homes apart is their meticulous attention to detail and incredible customer service. Nothing is ever too much! Brandon and Damian were so enthusiastic and efficient. So much so, that we were able to accept an offer on our house within two days of the first viewing! From that point on Rebecca was our main point of contact. She has been so proactive and helpful in getting our sale and purchase over the line, talking us through every stage of the process. We really couldn't have done it without her! I cannot recommend this team highly enough and will certainly be using them again in the future.

Beautiful Marketing photos compared to others and feedback given on how many views property was getting online which was a nice touch. Once sold, sales progression from Rebecca was excellent, updated us almost daily and continually pushed the rest of the chain to keep things moving as we were at the top. Hewlett Homes sold our home for us recently, and we cannot fault them at all. From the moment Brandon valued our house until we completed, they were excellent and restored our faith in estate agents. They would regularly touch base with updates on the market and what has recently had interest/sold, we found this useful as it gave an idea on what was going on with the market and also meant we weren't left in the lurch with no updates at all when the viewings were quiet. It wasn't the quickest of sales (due to a slow market) but it was probably one of the smoothest, and that's down to Hewlett Homes. Rebecca, the Move Manager, was incredibly pro-active and chased regularly for updates and provided us with these in a timely manner. Quite often they coinsided with updates directly from our solicitor but she still chased regardless. Regular chasing like Rebecca does is worth it's weight in gold! Any queries we had were responded to promptly and members of staff were quick to pick off emails in other's absence due to leave etc. All of the staff were personable and easy to get on with. We've recommended them to several people who are looking to, or already have put their homes on the market. Thank you to all at Hewlett Homes!

Hewlett Homes I highly recommend Damian and Brandon to anyone wanting to sell their property. They have really great local knowledge and throughout the process were always helpful and reliable.
