GoogleHighly recommend Harris and Lee. They took over from an alternative local estate agent whose service was very poor. We have been super impressed with Harris and Lee. Jack kept us updated on a weekly basis and even drove to Cardiff for my signature on an essential document, then to my brother for his signature and delivered the documents to the solicitors. You certainly won’t get better service than that. Thank you Jack. Adam great too

GoogleWould definitely recommend Harris & Lee, they were fab from the off. We had 6 valuations from local estate agents, and knew straight away that Harris & Lee were the team for us. They were brilliant throughout. Not all all pushy or annoying. The were organised, honest, polite and friendly, respectful of our property and our time. Our sale went smoothly. We’re really grateful. GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with Harris and Lee. They were actually our seller's estate agent but Kate and Adam were so communicative with us throughout the whole process and kept us in the loop weekly. We had quite a troublesome chain below us and this resulted in a very stressful completion day but Jamie was doing all he could to sort things out and we will be forever grateful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

GoogleAfter a previous estate agent failed to find a buyer for my property I came to Jamie and the team. After the initial visit, they made some changes to the advert and the viewing came thick and fast. The team always ensured that I was happy for a viewing to take place before hand. Following a successful offer, Adam was my main contact at the agent. His communication and explanation of the details was second to none. Always approachable, always happy to take a call and quick response to emails. Following some issues towards the end of the process, Adam was always there, to talk to offer help, advice, and knowledge. He kept going to the end, going above and beyond where I believe other agencies would have just given up following the challenges. I am happy to say that completion happened, and I believe that this was due to Adams support and dedication. Thank you ever so much. Highly recommend this brilliant agency and the team!

GoogleWe have bought and sold through Harris and Lee many times over the years. They are the best estate agents in Weston Super Mare. Professional, efficient and friendly. You get weekly updates, there is always someone available to help with any questions. They will always get back to you. There are different colleagues for every stage of your move from viewings, to sale agreed to exchange and onto completion. We 100% and more recommend them.

GoogleWe have just sold and bought through Harris & Lee, and I can't speak more highly of them. From start to finish, their level of engagement with us has been exceptional. We were kept fully informed throughout, which with their assistance, was a swift 4 months (despite being in a chain). From first contact, property photos, viewings, right through to handing over the keys to our new home, they have been nothing short of professional, helpful, and interested in the best outcome for us, which overall resulted in a very stress free process. If we chose to move again, I wouldn't look to any other agent. Harris & Lee would be my only port of call, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Harris & Lee Estate Agents came into their own, their after-sales progression management is second-to-none, helping to alleviate stress, expertly negotiating timescales up and down the chain, pursuing solicitors and always keeping everyone informed, across the entire period. It is such a rare occasion that one receives the kind of service, support and professionalism that Harris & Lee Estate Agents provided us. Both sale & purchase were handled by Adam Wintle. He has an extreme abundance of patience and understanding. A huge thank you Adam, for your professionalism, mentorship, honesty, hard work and attention to detail. GoogleWe have revently completed a sale of our property using Harris and Lee. At all stages of the process they had a firm handle on what was happening and gave weekly updates on progress. They managed the whole chain and worked tirelessly to ensure all parties were kept up to date and were instrumental in ensuring the sale completed. They are a breath of fresh air in an industry that gets a bad press and we would wholeheartedly recommend them.
