GoogleWe have rented a house from Gordano Property Services. They are excellent. The owner believes in the personal touch, and was on hand to assess our application, and to inform us about the area. He was honest and up-front on all issues, and possess a charm coupled with an attention to detail. Although, in this case, we are tenants, as absentee landlords we would be very happy to use the company to manage any lettings. The owner’s approach would help ensure that any property was populated by diligent and long-term tenants. It is apparent from our own that any property managed by the company balances the needs of both the tenant and landlord well. I recommend the company to you whole-heartedly.

Without a comment it's difficult to ascertain what the concern is. We do know the property is on its third agent in a falling market so it's more a case of 'shoot the messenger'.
