GoogleThis was our first home after rental multiple properties. This transition was very smooth and there was no issues at all. We wanted a quick sell and the team especially Adam helped us as we was first time buyers. He even helped with our solicitors whos non responsive attitude give us some concerning moments. Very happy in our new home and the how the sell was completed.

GoogleAfter 11 months we finally got our house sale over the line. Not the easiest of sales with lots of up and downs along the way. When the mess hit the fan there was one man not panicking. Adam Penwell sprang into action .This man has more trick's up his sleeve than David Blaine. Workaholic Adam kept the deal alive with his charm witt and most of all professionalism keeping us updated with honest feedback. Adam would move a mountain if you asked him too a real asset to Brightestmove. When everything is falling around you Adam is your man to get you over the line .Thank you Adam you super star .

GoogleA very bad agent, Ray Stromberg. I arrived only 5 minutes late for my scheduled viewing today (the property location was not clearly shown on Google Maps). When I knocked on the door, no one answered, so I waited for around 5 minutes before calling the office. Someone picked up the phone and told me to wait there, so I did. I ended up waiting a total of 30 more minutes, and no one came. When I called again, I was told that because I was late, the agent had already gone to another appointment. I explained that I had driven for an hour to attend the viewing and asked if a same‑day rearrangement was possible. They refused. What frustrated me the most was that no one bothered to inform me that the viewing was cancelled or that the agent had left. They simply left me standing outside for half an hour with no call, no update, no communication. I declined their offer to rearrange after that experience. If being 5 minutes late was such a serious issue, they could have called me, checked where I was, or communicated properly. A viewing cannot realistically be completed in 5 minutes, and this is not how professional agents should treat customers. This behaviour shows a clear lack of respect and communication skills. Based on this experience, I would never use their services again, nor would I recommend this unprofessional company to anyone.

GoogleWe have had an excellent experience with Brightestmove. Fantastic agents, great communication, efficient with time, so helpful and approachable... Gareth handled the purchase once we had our offer accepted and was so supportive throughout the process (including when solicitors made a mistake on our paperwork). Ray handled our viewings and correspondence at the beginning - his bright and cheerful demeanour and genuine excitement for us was delightful too! Nes was also an excellent agent on our second viewing. In all - absolutely wonderful.

GoogleWe would like to thank Adam and his team for the sale of my property , all very polite, curtious and worked hard to find the right buyer. We would especially like to thank sale progresser Gareth, he went above and beyond to help the sale go through quicker as we were having problems with all the solicitors in the chain. Gareth contacted my buyer, their solicitor and my solicitor and I believe his help and expertise helped the move happen earlier .

GoogleAbsolutely awful, we viewed a bungalow and put in an offer on the day of viewing in the garden . 4 days later we hadn't heard so upped our offer through the same estate agent as we loved the property. 2 days later I visited the office in Worle to be told that the occupant was looking for a specific property and would not be selling until they found one ...not to worry they had leafleted the properties desired and would be in touch ....2 days later on Rightmove sstc ! I was called and told that an offer had been put forward to good to refuse ! How did they know what we were going to offer? In the meantime as we had buyers who were desperate to proceed we had offered on another property. I was then told a week later "well you can still put your offer in !! " I am so disappointed with the way we have been treated ...I would never use or recommend this company...I feel we should of been told on 1st offer or 2nd offer the truth ....We would not pull out on our offer on another property 2 weeks later or expect the buyers who put in offer to good to be true ! To lose their purchase...I feel the communication was awful and a apology somewhere along the way was needed

GoogleUnprofessional and bad communication. We had a hard time contacting them about viewings and recieving any confirmation email so we had no detailed information making travel to the properties difficult. Further agreed conditions were not met and we weren't informed beforehand. Despite this we wanted to communicate our further questions but the responses we got were unnecessarily rude. We are quite disappointed as we were expecting a more professional service. We will not be using this company again.
