Superb service from start to finish. I had two properties to sell, the first one was with a local agent, whilst the sale went through, I was left underwhelmed, I then went to view a property which was for sale by Ashley. Christian was the agent who showed me around, I was so impressed with his professionalism, I dropped the original estate agent and engaged Ashley. I can't recommend Ashley and his team enough. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. A quick and honest valuation from Ashley, house was quickly placed on the market and subsequently under offer. Christian was great during the viewings etc, and very quickly found us a new buyer when our first pulled out. As we progressed towards exchange, Aimee offered fantastic support and frequently went over and above to get things moving, regularly chasing up solicitors and applying pressure when they were asking for unnecessary information. All of this led to a successful exchange & sale, enabling us to move into our forever home. I cannot recommend highly enough; don't bother shopping around. Just get in touch with Ashley & the team.

Called the agent to book a viewing for a property that had just gone on the market that morning. Explained that we are only in Weston for the day to do viewings so can only view today. The agent then said it’s too short notice for the vendor so no we can’t view. Surely that’s up to the vendor! They didn’t even call the vendor to explain or ask them if we could view that day. If I were trying to sell my house then I certainly wouldn’t be turning away viewings & I think the vendor should have been given the option rather than the agent just saying no.

I may have been harsh with my initial assessment as they have come back to me since several times and their service since has been very good. I promised to amend my review which I have now done. First impressions may not be everything. Difficult enough to get a viewing and then they did not turn up. My reply to them is I am not that busy I like wasting my time. I have no idea what they are like for selling but if you are buying there are surely better agents.

Terrible Service from Ashley Leahy Estate Agents. I write this review on behalf of my mum who recently had the displeasure of working with Ashley Leahy Estate Agent, and I can confidently say that it was a terrible experience. Not only were they unprofessional, they also showed a complete lack of interest in helping sell property. The communication was poor, the agent did not return calls text or follow up on any of my inquiries. Furthermore, the agent's write up on the property was very brief. Overall, I would not recommend Ashley Leahy Estate Agent to anyone. Their service was unprofessional, lacked attention to detail and was a complete waste of my time. I strongly suggest that anyone looking for a reliable and competent estate agent looks elsewhere.

Ashley Leahy is the best Estate Agent in Weston-Super-Mare if not the world. When you pick an agent you often only meet the person who come out to value your house, at that point you're focused on getting on the market for the best price and fee. What you don't see is the rest of the team, the people doing the viewings and chasing everyone in your chain through to exchange and completion. This is why Ashley Leahy is the best - the whole team are exceptional, from start to finish Ash and his team went over and above to help us get the best price and get the sale across the line. I cannot recommend them enough, we had a difficult time with our chain due to COVID-19 but when our buyers fell through we had multiple viewings and multiple offers and resold in days. We got in contact with Ashley to sell our property, he was quick and responsive, answered all our questions in depth (and there were a lot!) and had our property up on the market the same day he took the photos! Brilliant! Throughout the process, Georgina kept in regular contact with updates on our sale and we found that she was also very responsive and got any answers we needed quickly. This made the whole process less stressful knowing Georgina was in regular contact with all parties involved meaning any information we needed was up to date. My experience with Ashley and his staff has been excellent from start to finish - from the initial valuation, through the viewings and sale progression to eventual completion. Our house ended up selling three times, and while the process became rather drawn out and difficult due to the length of chain, Aimee was great at keeping us informed and up to date. I can’t tell you how happy we were to sell our property with Ash and his team. Ash is such a knowledgeable, professional guy who knows how to market your property well to achieve a sale. We accepted our first viewing offer in 5 days of the property being listed! Ash was always on the end of the phone when I had a enquiry or a moan as I was worried things might not go through due to COVID-19. The whole team deserves the credit, Christian who showed our buyer around and kept us in the loop on what was happening, but most importantly Georgina were I was no doubt a headache and nuisance to her asking for updates and etc, but she was amazing chasing and keeping all solicitors updated, even passing documents to everyone to make sure the solicitors has what they wanted, so thank you. Putting a house on the market, then COVID-19 it could of gone the way we didn’t want it, however the whole team was on hand to reassure us and did a sterling job to make sure it went as smoothly as they could. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and he is by far the most cheapest, but still professional with everything he does compared to other estate agents who want three times more to do yet a lower standard job. He was so knowledgeable of the area and he didn't come across as "salesy" at all. I just knew instantly that he was the right person to sell my flat. Our house sold for full asking price within five working days, an offer made on the first viewing, interest was drummed up so that on the first full day of going live we had 9 viewings in one day. We contacted a rival company who were impressive but Ash and his team blew them out of the water in terms of attention to detail, local area knowledge and professionalism.
