Had a difficult property to sell, couldn’t sell it during the rush after covid. Approached Richard Skinner from Ashley Leahy, explained the circumstances surrounding the property and he took care of the rest. The man’s a wizard, how he architected a sale out of thin air I’ll never know. Aimee was excellent, informative, pushed the sale through as much as possible. Nothing was too much trouble. Overall a very good experience, the plaudits belong to Richard though, if it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t of sold that property.

We recently sold our house through Ashley Leahy and from the first initial meeting and the professional photography we were impressed. Our house was placed on the market promptly as asked and within a few days, both viewings made an offer. Georgina went above and beyond (even outside working hours) to get our sale across the line. She was always quick to respond and kept us regularly updated. Had we have gone with another estate agent, I seriously doubt the sale would have gone through. Delighted to provide a review for Ashley Leahy’s team. Christian dealt with nearly all the viewings and negotiations although everyone I spoke to was polite, friendly and efficient. Christian was professional, considerate, knowledgeable, honest and practical. It’s seems the norm now to have people who don’t show up for viewings or even pull out of sales/purchases. When this happened Christian was helpful, sensitive and nothing was too much trouble. My transaction hit various obstacles and went on for over six months (through no fault of Ashley or his team. So it was amazing to have the support of Aimee Blackaller as Sales Progression Manager. She made such a difference. Her calm efficiency, years of experience and sheer common sense kept me sane. She was also essential in dealings with my solicitor and others in the chain. The whole endeavour had some very stressful points and I think I might have had to reconsider the move if it wasn’t for Aimee. She really did everything possible to make the move happen, with my needs and wishes always in mind. I’m now settling into my new home. Thanks very much Aimee, Christian, Ashley and everyone involved at Ashley Leahy.

Highly recommend Ashley Leahy, we purchased a flat through them, which was definitely not straight forward from the start! Christian was fantastic communicating and securing our purchase. We were recommended a great solicitor and then had the support of Aimee for the sale to go through. She was amazing, kept us informed of progress, dealt with solicitors on both sides and helped make a sale happen, that was extremely complicated but her knowledge and professional expertise got the job done. Always supportive and nothing was ever too much trouble. The whole team were fantastic from start to finish so wouldn’t hesitate to use them again .

Ashley Leahy were absolutely amazing. We were selling our late mum and dad's Victorian House. We had it on the market with another agent for two years and decided to call Ashley Leahy. They didn't pressurise us at all, but were upfront about why the property hadn't sold. After switching to Ashley Leahy they really took the time to get to know our former home and were really positive about it. The advert was really well written and the marketing of the property was much better than previously and they used a professional photographer which made a big difference, highlighting the good features of the Victorian home. In addition to marketing on Rightmove, Ashley Leahy also marketed on their own Facebook pages, which appeared to have a large reach and within days, the viewing enquiries were flooding in. In less than two weeks, we accepted an offer. The sales progression team were brilliant, talking us through the whole process and kept us updated, chasing the buyer and solicitors when things were not going so smoothly. Ashley Leahy backed us all the way and worked tirelessly to get to exchange of contracts and completion. We could not thank Ashley Leahy enough, they were brilliant and would highly recommend!
