I brought a ground floor flat in Warmley Bristol from Andrews estate agents . The staff lied to me about the property, because they had a customer from hell. I was told I don’t need a survey done. How wrong they were. The flat is covered in mould. Cracks on the outside wall, and so on. . I had to replace the bathroom and kitchen. They squeezed has much money out of me for the customer . I discovered after the sale, the vender did have the property up for sale 5 times with Andrews estate agents in longwell green Bristol. They were desperate to sale to get their commission. I am still furious from a year on wards. I will not be selling my flat with Andrews if I decide to move in the future.

We had an excellent experience with our mortgage broker Simon Murray from start to finish. As first-time buyers, the whole process felt quite overwhelming at first, but he made everything so much easier to understand and guided us every step of the way. Simon worked incredibly hard to find us the cheapest mortgage deal available, taking the time to explain all our options clearly and making sure we were comfortable with every decision. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond, not only securing us a great mortgage but also helping us arrange a more affordable solicitor, which saved us even more money. I've used Andrew's in the past and I've always found them a lot better than most other estate agents so they were my preferred choice and they did not disappoint me. Originally Dan came round to look at my property and he was friendly, informative, trustworthy and helpful. I knew straight away that I would be using Andrew's after our appointment. He made everything so easy. My house went on the market and was snapped up straight away, at a price I was more than happy with. Isabelle was great with communication and very helpful during the viewings and I never had to chase anyone for anything. I honestly felt like I was in such good hands that I didn't even give anything a second thought.After the property was let I dealt with Molly and Isobelle and they were both so lovely and amazing at their jobs. Andrews definitely knows how to employ brilliant staff and they are all a credit to the company. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using them again anytime I need an estate agent.

Andrews have been managing my property for around 30 years and I've been very satisfied with their service during that time. They are always efficient, reliable and professional, advising me in a timely manner of any problems my tenants may have and what will be involved (time and cost) in putting them right.They have also found replacement tenants when necessary very quickly, so my property has very rarely been empty.Sarah Newman is my current contact and is excellent, and all agents I've worked with over the years have all been very professional too.Highly recommend Andrews.

I had been messed around by a few agents in terms of them not sticking to agreed appointments, properties being in a much worse state than they appeared in photos online etc, so was not having the best experience with my property search. Ben Gordon-Smith however responded to my query the very same day, and offered to show me the property that same evening, as it was on his way home. I appreciated the flexibility and was really impressed with the property, so I made an offer that same night, and it was accepted the next day. Ben has been very helpful in terms of clearly outlining next steps, and when there were queries about my referencing, he provided sound advice to ensure any issues were rectified as soon as possible, and everything was sorted within 3 working days.Ben has kept me updated every step of the way, and answered any queries I may have. It has been an absolute blessing to have him as an agent during what has been quite a stressful experience for the most part, and I am now all ready to move end of this month! Thank you Ben! :-)

Highly Recommended...Shout out to Emma Mussert who was an absolute star. It's great to deal with somebody who goes out of their way to 'own' issues and ensure a resolution. We all know the frustration of dealing with solicitors who don't tend to talk to each other but rely upon slow communication instead Emma constantly went out of her way to push the parties and was a great help.Bonus that she is friendly too!Would use Andrews again.

Shamiya happily listened to my moans about how difficult and stressful it has been trying to find a new home, she seemed genuinely caring & empathetic around my current circumstances and seemed really quite happy that I appeared pleased the home seemed really suitable for myself and my son. I really don’t know where to start. Kish was fantastic from the beginning until the end of my selling process.I originally thought his fees were too high but he assured me he would put the work in, to earn the money and I 100% agree that he did and I would’ve actually paid him a lot more. He was worth his weight in gold. Selling a house is stressful enough but Kish and his team went way above and beyond their roles to make it as stress free as possible. I’d never sold a property before so kept asking silly questions and Kish was always more than happy to help explain it all to me (sometimes more than once), until I completely understood. My solicitor pushed back on alot of things and asked me for things that I’d never heard of but Kish helped me work my way through the legal jargon and got me across the line on many occasions. The entire team were super professional and efficient and had great knowledge of the entire process (including the solicitors roles). If Kish ever did take a well deserved day off he would make sure that one of his colleagues were up to date with my case and they would email me to let me know they were on hand ready for anything I needed.In summary, I really can’t express how good Kish and his team were for my selling process. So if you’d like a seamless sale (or buying I’m guessing) then I would highly recommend booking through Kish/Andrew’s!
