Stay away from this company! Our sale almost fell though due to them. If we hadn't had started to deal with our buyer direct everything would have fell apart Connells are an awful agent.

Absolutely awful and dishonest.Still not received return of deposit despite moving out in June.TDS requested the funds but Connells have not transferred to them and subesrquently lied in court about the issue.Steer clear.

Ridiculous fees for a first time move. Payed nearly £500 for no help whatsoever. Started paying rent before we were allowed to move in. Wish we went elsewhere. Staff seem uninterested to help.

Always forcing you to use their in-house mortgage adviser, even if you already have your own adviser and a mortgage offer on the table! Will never use.
