I had an absolute nightmare rent with jc lettings

I had an absolute nightmare rent with jc lettings I given an early tenancy start date I didn’t agree too. Weeks After being rushed into the property I discovered that mould littered the flat from the walls and ceiling and the bathroom was covered. In fairness when I did report it they sent someone fairly quickly to fix the problem however they added a small coat of anti mould paint no even covering the whole affected area

From the very outset Jon was very professional in his work. Photography was excellent and gave the house it's best view. He gave us the best options for selling and was very communicative throughout the process between us and the purchaser. His advice was very much appreciated. The sale went through as smoothly as it possibly could have done. By far the best option for us with regards to valuation and fees.

Absolutely disgraceful landlord! Bought a property from Jon Conroy on the 8 September 2021 and I cannot believe this landlord and a person that has a business in this field would treat his own tenant this way! He refuses to return the tenants bond back with no reason why. The tenant paid September’s rent but Jon was only entitled to 8 days of it and will not return the balance to myself as the new owner. No gas safety certificate was in place and displayed. No working smoke alarms which is a shocker as he advocates “Test it Tuesday” but his own tenant is left at a huge safety risk! The property is in an absolute disgrace. The key for the property has not been returned despite him no longer owning the property . I have asked Jon for all everything and gave him 7 working days notice. This apparently reputable property agent has not responded and I am out of pocket and this has caused great distress to the tenant as he gave Jon the bond in good faith. I HUGELY discourage anyone using him as the photos that will follow this post will show you the standard he looks after his properties and tenants. Be warned!
