We had a successful sale with Biltons with plenty of viewings early stages though it was a few months to receiving an offer from one of the earlier viewings who hadn't been in a position to proceed earlier. They are very proactive with lots of presentation advice and great photography. Their response times are exceptionally quick and you do feel they want to get the job done for you! The sale itself was quite stressful with a chain of 7 parties involved but Marie really helped calm the situation when tensions were high and was great at keeping us informed. From offer to completion was 3.5 months which for a long chain was good. Thank you Biltons!

Claire and Marie are everything you want from estate agents, 100% professional, enthusiastic, proactive, extremely knowledgable and down to earth. They give helpful realistic advice, keep you informed all the way through the process, are always there to answer any queries promptly and just take away a lot of the stress of selling, and after the complete opposite experience with a previous agent which saw us nearly lose our purchase property, it’s only down to the dedication and hard work of Claire and Marie that we were able to secure a quick sale and complete on our dream home. Claire Bilton is the most professional hard working estate agent you could ever have . We can compare as we had our house on the market with another agent previously. The photos were 100% better people who knew our house commented they captured the house . The video was excellent. Claire did the viewings and was able to secure a very quick offer . From past experience I knew that was when the hard work started due to the English legal system . The journey from offer to completion was not easy many a time we said thank goodness we have Claire . She was available every day ( too easily sometimes the woman needs to have some down time ) supported and managed the sale including our not so competent conveyancer. If you’re thinking about moving Claire is the only person I would recommend & that’s a big statement coming from someone with experience in estate agency. From start to finish she has gone above and beyond what we could have ever expected, this woman is a machine. No matter what time of day you need her she will be on the end of the phone to help, advise or give someone a kick up the backside to get things moving. I can guarantee you will never get this level of service from any other estate agent. She really cares about you & your needs rather then just selling your house, she understands it’s more then just a house. The same goes when looking for a property, it’s going to become a home so it needs to be perfect, even if that means helping you find a house with another estate agent. I really can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done during our sale & purchase, you’ve kept a crazy pregnant lady calm which is a task within itself. We received a letter from a company who said they were interested in buying our land but could not get hold of our agent “ Claire “ by phone or email ( she just didn’t reply) something we know all about !!!! Claire is superwoman!! If you want someone who knows what she's doing, with marketing skills that others don't have, who is dedicated, works with professionalism, is trustworthy and honest then Claire is your go to agent. She only sold my house within 2 days, and with so much interest I never saw with another agent! A month after my house had sold, my buyers pulled out but before I could feel despair she was on it and had more interested buyers.... and sold again within a week. Claire is there with you every step of the way. She is proactive and delivers. We received a knock at our door and it was the first time we had met Claire. The house had previously been up for sale a full year. All of a sudden we were asked for ID and I became more sceptical. I did checks on the business and then the wheels were in motion. 3 days later, Claire came to have a look around and suggested some subtle touches which make it stand out. I sat working from home and the Mrs went out on a spending spree... £200 later and enough cushions for a block of flats we had a first viewer. The viewer loved it and it sold instantly and before it went on the market. A true professional... it’s rare that I am speechless but I truly was in this instance. What makes Claire different is the attention to detail and honest approach.

What can I say about Claire that hasn't already been said? I invited Claire over to give us a valuation with the intention of thinking about selling. We met Claire whilst viewing a house she was marketing and were extremely impressed with her unique approach so much so that we took our house off the market and remarketed it with her. Great advertising, fantastic pictures and literally the first people through the door offered us the asking price. They had seen our house on with the other agents and dismissed it.
