What was an extremely difficult move for my wife and I, Claire handled our sale in a very professional manner showing an enormous amount of empathy towards us both. Not all houses are sold so that the owners can move onto better things, sometimes houses are sold for truly sad reasons as was ours. The hardest working team that put everything in to what they do. They sold our house twice, and gave honest advice in how to help sell our house. They not only help sell your house, they help with the forward purchase. They did viewings at all times of the day, seven days a week. They were available to contact around the clock. Everything was very unprofessional. Most messages were on WhatsApp. We found out that because we had a level 3 survey and wanted to look into the results that they had told the seller: “we probably won’t complete and aren’t serious buyers”. Well we did complete and don’t think it’s an issue being thorough. Then when we got the house, the keys were hidden under a plant pot rather than handed over. Very unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend.

From day 1, Claire has been on the ball and pushing to do more for myself and my partner, we undertook our first viewing on the 13th of October and kept in touch from time to time and even had some great conversations about the surrounding area. 12th of December I receive the call that the keys will be ready from 1pm. lovely friendly interaction and made our lives as first time buyers a breeze.
