I reported a number of repairs and problems with my windows on the 1st may and 15 weeks later still not heard a word from them , I received an email back saying that it had been forwarded to the relevant department to be processed, but on the website it states that repairs would be attended to within 10 working days lol, I wonder if they mean 10 weeks or 10 months , so the wait continues 🀨

Total shambolic housing association, new build and the tenants that they give out the flats to are pathetic. All they think about is the drugs.that smell day after day all the time. Then there is the bins we had 8 euro bins and they contaminated and threw their bags on the floor and on top of the bins then the bin men would refuse to empty them so they got a special company to clean them up at extra cost. They put a lock on which was broken.a lot of the tenants are not registered and do not have fobs for door entry so they hold the door open with stones.they block the fire exit with prams and buggies and the cleaning company that supposedly does the landings marks the sheets for landings done but doesn’t do it.sick trying to deal with it all the time Clyde valley doesn’t care as long as they get the rent.they should bulldoze the whole area and turn it into a nothing as I have tried again and again and again with pictures, complaint’s with all the promises but nothing ever gets done.worst housing association anywhere so avoid at all costs .my wife is blind and has already fallen over but who cares certainly not Clyde valley

Everything is great until you need a repair. They send people who clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Several issues were found in the bathroom, and both the joiner and the plumber only made things worse. The standard of their work is honestly shocking.

When are you going you going to do something about the ignorant non residents who park on the pavements and use the parking bays and block tenants from walking on the pavements at the 'private residents parking' at Press Court, Hamilton, rather than use the pay as you park in Church St. See pics in photo post.

DO NOT TRUST THIS LOT OR WHATEVER THEY SAY TO YOU!!! My wife and I were tenants of CVHA for seven years!!!! They do not carry out any repairs even when threatened with MSPs/Councillors and the local press. DO NOT listen to a word the inspector John McLaughlan tells you. we had issues with the heating system and were told by John "are you familiar with YOUTUBE? it will show you on there how to work the heating" We waited 7 years yes SEVEN YEARS to have our front door repaired/replaced, This was reported on day we moved in, but were told by John there was nothing wrong with it (even Stevie Wonder could tell it was warped ) the door was eventually replaced two weeks AFTER WE MOVED OUT. They are quick enough to put the rent up but do hee-haw for you!!

I've been waiting 2 years for a ceiling repair that still has not been fixed after emailing and arranging repair dates to then have nobody show up multiple times. Now ive just had a newsletter saying they surveyed 99 people and 73% said rent increases where unreasonable so they raised them by 4.8% anyway. They don't care.

Lovely new builds. Sadly the cleaning company complete cleaning is horrendous, they are meant to appear every 2 weeks. But often over a month at a time and never make any effort to do any cleaning whilst there. It's a service tenants must pay for. Landscaping is cheap and not well maintained. Sound proofing is non existant within the flats, so you hear alot of noise from above and below. Complaints are never really dealt with either, more so during lock down as they just ignore voicemails and emails.

After waiting for 5 months to have my fence replaced the contractor arrived on the holiday Monday with no prior warning to make sure we were at home to give them access and low and behold put the fence up the wrong way this is typical Clyde Valley absolutely useless

Been on the register of CVHA for over 3 years and spent the last few months homeless yet still no help from CVHA. When i contacted them to tell them i have became homeless due to rising private rents and out of work with health issues yet did not seem interested and 2 emails i got was just trying to pass the buck. Very disappointed way to treat people going through hard times.

A shambles of a housing association and complete liars trying to cover their own backs! Clyde valley forced access to my property in October 2022 to complete an EICR check which I know needs to be completed every 5 years but only receiving 2 letters and not even 4weeks notice they think they can force access to my home I’m a single woman with 3 children with anxiety issues. They lied saying they tried to email me but they didn’t hold an email for me . They did have my email and I have proof of that ! They just didn’t hold an up to date phone number. My door handle is buckled now and I’ve been told by the joiner that it’s weak now. He has been out a few times with new handles but none of them fit. So 3 months later I’m still waiting. I also kept asking when was the EICR check invalid from but no one wanted to answer that! Eventually I got the answer and it was invalid from the June a whole 4 months before so yes obviously they were in a hurry to get it done. I received my 1st letter on the 10th oct & I’d a family member die on the 9th oct which is why I didn’t reply promptly enough they forced access on the 28th oct!

Has to be the worst council ever! On at them for months to fix errors they made to be told we're in a plandemic. No we are level 0 and you still cant do anything. Lazy! Incompetent. But they can let out houses and show you around!!! And build new ones!!The only workplace that still isnt properly back to work!! You need to look after your old tennants. Full of lies. Disgusting treatment. I pay full rent for these leeches.

I Colin Rice have been a resident of Clyde Valley Housing Association for 15 years and am so frustrated that I cannot get them to do any repairs for me. If they decide to do them, they are constantly returning to fix them. About 3 years ago I realised that I had inadequate heating in my home; radiators were and still are, far too small. Clyde Valley got an independent adviser to look at the heating system, the heating adviser told me that the heating system was undersized and had to be moved to different positions in the house. I then told Clyde Valley that I had been to several neighbours and most of their radiators are much bigger than mines although some of them are still inadequate. I then informed Peter Nolan to ask Clyde Valley to put this information on their news bulletin or the local news paper incase any of the elderly were not receiving the proper heating required for the winter. Clyde Valley refuse to show me any of the reports from the independent heating adviser, they told me the radiators would stay where they are, however I do not think Clyde Valley should place them where THEY want to but where the heating adviser has advised. I have also alerted Peter Nolan of this who told me that I should allow Clyde Valley to put them where they want to. I then informed him again that they would be put in the wrong place to where I was advised. Then at the beginning of 2015 I was contacted by AMEY contracts who I never knew, that they were coming to do rewiring in my house. I then phoned Amey and asked where they got my details from, they told me Clyde Valley had gave my details to them which breaks the data protection. They now want to come in and damage the interior walls, I have told them that they are trying to bully me into getting this work done as they need to do this in lines with the housing standard regulations and they only want to give me Β£180 to carry out decorating after their destruction of my house.
