GoogleI booked a viewing and wasnt told that the property had been taken off the market, I had to ring them back myself to find out. Stephen was extremely rude when stating to me ''he just said i was going to get a text to cancel'' when i was obviously quite disheartened to the fact the property i had been extremely interested in and viewing in 2 days wasnt available anymore. Can't imagine the attitude you would receive when actually under contract with them.

GoogleOnly words of appreciation! Been with this agency since 2017, had couple of issues like in every house but the lady from the agency ( Vita ) was and still is EXTREMELY HELPFUL . She does everything just to make us happy. If anything is going wrong she gets hold of the right people that can sort out our issue. Had another agency before them and they were awful!! I am very happy that I met Vita ! She knows how to respect people and their needs. I wish I could give more than 5 starts...

GoogleWe have been renting for over a year, never had issues with the Estate agents themselves. Had issues with the boiler and the engineer however the issues were resolved, a new boiler was put in. The estate agents are professional and understanding especially the manager. We would strongly recommend renting from them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI’d like to thank DPS for everything they did for me, they found me the ideal property. They always kept in contact, seeing if i was still actively looking. After adding my details to their system they immediately contacted me once a property that matched my criteria was available. Excellent agency I would highly recommended them.
