We used this company previously and they went above and beyond even though the experience of buying and selling was a totally nightmare(nothing to do with beercocks), this time it has been the total opposite, very straight forward and they still delivered with personalism, absolutely brilliant on the ball, all the time keeping us updated upto the minute and guided when needed, I would use them all the time and recommend them to anyone 100%.

At first we felt Beercocks hadn't done much at all as the first and only couple to view our home bought it.. but as soon as things became tricky during the sale Nicky was amazing. She was constantly chasing up the chain, always kept us informed and made us realise how glad we were that we chose Beercocks. New deadlines kept cropping up and new problems arising but Nicky always tried her best to solve everything as quick as possible and to help in any way she could. Can't thank you enough Nicky, we may not have ended up moving at all if it wasn't for you!

This was my first time selling a house and from the first valuation appointment with Henry to accepting an offer was one week! The team kept in regular contact with me, providing me with feedback and advice daily. I have always been a little a sceptical with Estate Agents after having a couple of experiences with them being pushy but I can honestly say never at any point felt under pressure with Rob & Jane.Jane rang me the day after a viewing to ask for feedback & when I explained we had one more viewing before we made a decision on this property she understood & said whatever decision we made she would be there to help if need be. I remember putting the phone down thinking ‘what a nice lady’ because the other viewing we had with another agent, that lady rang & said ‘we haven’t heard from you with feedback and an offer’ completely different approach. Rob was our next port of call with the offer & he kept us upto date with everything & again, a friendly communication with no pressure. We are now on the next stage & I’m sure we will be met with the same friendly communication. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Beercocks again.

My experience with Beercocks members of staff was very positive. Jane who looked after my interests was professional in her approach but also very personable and easy to converse with. She has an intimate knowledge of the local housing situation and always gave me a realistic appraisal of the buoyancy of the market in an objective and analytical way.
