I found the people and process from first contact to sold subject to contract professional , friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend Beercock's to friends and family. Hazel, Harriet and others in the office where on hand at all times on the phone, on wats app and text messaging. The marketing material and video was excellent and showed the true extent of what my property had to offer and it's potential. Beercock's did what they said they would do.

Outstanding service!!

After having a pretty negative experience with another estate agent for the sale of our property, we made the decision to try again with Beercocks and wow, what a fantastic experience! From Elliot coming to initially do our valuation and take our photos, to Jack helping with all viewings and the initial sale, every part of our experience so far has been 11 out of 10. Everyone is so friendly, approachable and constantly keeps you updated on email/phone, even when there’s not much to report. We were on the market for nearly 10 weeks with the first estate agent with not much traction, however after less than 2 weeks with Beercocks we had several viewings, 2 offers and finally a sale! Would 1000% recommend them to anyone and Jack has been AMAZING! Thank you so much😁

Couldn't have asked for more from the Cottingham team this week - a lovely agent showed us a property on Saturday and then Hazel looked after us so well on Monday whilst we went through the process of making an offer and negotiating with the seller. Everything was done so quickly and with genuine excitement for us. Harriet was also really helpful at a second viewing, answering questions and helping with a tape measure! Really impressed and satisfied with everything Beercock's have done for us so far and feel confident they will continue to do so until contracts are exchanged.

Amazing customer service

My boyfriend and I were purchasing a house through Beercocks and I must compliment the immaculate customer service. Jane and Nicky have been amazing and have been consistently been updating us before our solicitors.Jane was the first person we dealt with at Beercocks; she showed us around the property and was very friendly and positive. We have been to view a few houses with other estate agents and I must say that I never particularly enjoyed the experience as much as I have with Jane and the Beercocks team.

Beercocks were fantastic when we had to sell my father's house to pay for his care. It was a difficult time for the family because my father passed away while we were in the process of selling the house. Throughout the sale Beercocks were understanding, compassionate and very professional. They found a buyer who wasn't in a chain and were happy to wait for the probate to go through, this took the pressure off what was a very stressful time.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beercocks, Fran and the team at the Kingswood branch were great!

On the ball, lovely people and exactly who you need

After deciding to buy a house in the HU7 area for a family member we contacted beercocks to arrange some viewings. I was difficult for certain times as me and my husband worked different hours. We explained our situation and amazingly managed to get all 4 viewings we wanted to see before the weekend booked in the same day! Jess was amazing at understanding what we wanted and making it easy for us. Even managing to let us go view them again for the second time before we decided on a property, it was no issue for them, no long waits to go back! Jess was always on the other end of and email and let's just say my emails always came with questions!
