We are currently selling our house, offer made and now in that limbo phase and keeping everything crossed.Newland Ave office of Beercocks has been supporting us with our sale - but really the whole crew has been there.Eloise and Jack have been fantastic and even with me being in contact with them nearly everyday they have always been reassuring, patience and keep us up to date. I will admit that Beercocks system of how they support sellers is brilliant. We have sold a previous house with Beercocks and that was roughly 6yrs ago and they was good then. Now it's even better!Thank you again

The marketing of our property

The marketing of our property - we had a number of viewers who commented on how our house and garden looked better and bigger than on the photos, I suppose this was better than being disappointed by false pictures of stretched rooms etc but on the other hand, how many had been put off by the pictures?Sale negotiations - We were encouraged to accept an offer £2500 less than what we sold for, being told that it would be their job to negotiate that extra off our next property. We stuck to our guns on the offer price we wanted and received our full asking price.Sales progression team - In all honestly the sales progression team were good but I feel there may be room for slight improvements.At times my husband and I felt like it was our buyers paying the end bill and not ourselves.Having dealt with the sales progression team of another estate agent, one feature I liked is that they would request and email weekly updates from both our solicitor and that of who we were buying off. The information was very up to date and useful.

We are a week into our experience with Beercocks and so far they have been fantastic. They came out really quickly and at a time suitable to us to take the pictures. The house went on the pre market to those on their books looking for properties in the area and sold before even going onto rightmove. They were so efficient and responded to me via phone or email almost immediately. I would 100% use them in the future and couldn't thank them enough!

you need to keep to your promise to communicate with your clients, I was promised call returns from Elaine, lost count how many times she failed to do so. our house sale failed on 2 occasions,as the buyers could not meet their offers, you need to put in a system to verify if they can afford to proceed, you took 7 months to complete..abysmal service worst ever, would NOT recommend BEERCOCKS to my enemy, as for your Solicitor choice offered to us, they were worse, PEPPERILLS were utter rubbish.....

You will not be disappointed!

I was somewhat (unfairly) sceptical about the service Beercocks would deliver when selling my property, most likely because I knew nothing about them and would normally use a more well known name.But, how wrong could I be? From meeting Henry to completion of the sale in 10 weeks they were simply brilliant. Communication was first class. They did everything they could to get the sale through quickly and I have not hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly.You will not be disappointed!

Nothing but trouble from the first callHad a viewing, agent was late and had no clue about the property,Had another viewing of a different property booked in and then cancelled 40 minutes before the viewing and they knew an hour before they called me.The person who called me to say they cancelled the viewing was rude and unprofessional not even an apology.Would not recommend to anyone. Half the time cannot even get through to a person when you call.

Excellent, professional and friendly service from the start to finish of selling my late Fathers house. I can’t thank Beercocks enough

I can’t thank Beercocks enough! We sold our house within about 4 days before it had even gone online! They are super professional and very understanding. I have 3 month old and 2 dogs so as you can imagine having things organised and tidy was hard at times but beercocks understood all that and worked around what suited me. From Steven coming round at the beginning and to Georgia organising everything in and between it couldn’t of been easier and wouldn’t of been possible without them! I couldn’t recommend beercocks enough it’s been an absolute pleasure working with them! Communication has been amazing too, I’ve been kept up to date with everything and not had to chase a thing which was really important to me with leading such a busy life at the moment! Thank you so much for making this process so relaxed as possible!

So far Beercocks is easily the best Estate Agency I have used. All the staff have been knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Communication has, on the whole, been very good.
