Well, what can i say we have never had a problem with any of the staff at Beercocks.It's the staff that makes the company. Professional, Helpful and understanding your needs.we have used Beercockes several times in the past.We have just sold again, within one hour of the property going on the market we had sold, our house. The house before it was only three hours and several offers.What a service our last negotiator Jess {NEWLAND BRANCH} you couldn't ask for a more helpful young lady very pleasant full of information and a credit to the company, switched on and on the Ball.

Professional Estate Agents, got the job done!

Beercocks have been thoroughly professional from the off. My property was valued realistically and competitively and the marketing materials were excellent. The staff at Beverley Beercocks in my experience are superb; everything I would want from an estate agents. I chose them because Josh who answered the phone initially asked what I felt were relevant questions, responded promptly to arrange their valuer’s visit and also I felt confidence in the valuer’s knowledge of the local market. In the sale process Jane in the Beverley office has been professional, approachable and friendly. Really disappointed

Really disappointed with my experience, I found my dream house, put an offer in but unfortunately the seller went with a higher offer. I got a call a couple or so weeks later from the estate agent who shared the property may be going back on market unless my offer still stood, I was so excited as this was my dream house, I shared that my offer still stands. I then got an email from Beercocks congratulating me, my offer had been accepted and requesting documents as soon as possible, I sent these documents by the end of the day and contacted my solicitor to share the good news and finished my mortgage deal. I then get a call within the next 2 days telling me there may be a problem with the seller and they would get back to me as soon as they could. A couple of days after that the estate agent called me to share that the buyer is now waiting on the original buyers to resolve their issue. Its been nearly 3 weeks and still no update from estate agent. To have them contact me, raise my hopes, accept my offer, I send everything they want, then leave me like this for nearly 3 weeks with no update on what is going on. I think that is poor customer service and think it is rather cruel leaving people in limbo like this. On reflection, I know it is not the estate agent fault that the seller is playing with peoples lives like this but I feel it is not right to formally accept a persons offer, professionals are instructed to act, begin searches etc then your just cast aside by the seller, tighter more fairer rules on this need to be implemented.

I booked a valuation of one of my rented out properties through three estate agents one of them being Beercocks of Hedon.The delightful Georgina of Beercocks had organised the valuation within 10 min of me being in the office, and everything was done within a week. She gave me a courtesy call two weeks later to check on all the details I had received and if I was happy. Everything I asked of Georgina, she did in the timelines required. Unfortunately the other two companies let me down on various things... So thankyou Beercocks and thankyou Georgina.. Great job😊
