GoogleWe recently had the pleasure of working with Ulster Property Sales during the process of selling our property, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Right from the initial consultation with Rachel where she provided in-depth market knowledge an professionalism. She took the time to listen to my needs and understand my goals, providing valuable insights and guidance along the way. UPS's marketing strategy for my property was impressive. They utilized a variety of channels, including online listings, professional photography, and social media to attract potential buyers. Within a short period, our property was generating significant interest, leading to multiple viewings and ultimately a successful sale. Throughout the entire process UPS kept us well-informed. They provided regular updates on viewings, buyer feedback, and negotiations, ensuring I was always in the loop. Their proactive approach, attention to detail, and prompt responses to our queries were highly commendable, and trust me, we had many queries! What impressed us the most was their dedication to achieving the best outcome for us as sellers. They negotiated skillfully on our behalf, securing a sale price that met our expectations. Google0/10 for Customer Service!! I cannot stress enough how poorly treated we feel. The treatment by this estate agent has resulted in us taking our house off the market and changing our decision to move at all. We were buying and selling with UPS, we were assured this would make the process easier!! They tried to sell us a new build but issued us with incorrect plans and the builder was building a different house!! They sent emails with floor plan images that said Scale 1:100 but apparently we should have known to ask for a true scale drawing as those images provided were not true!? I stupidly assumed buying a new build I had been issued with such!! They do not consider themselves to be in the wrong at all and although initially said our site fee would be returned they then had the cheek to withdraw fees from it after the builder kindly returned our £1000. They have now removed the “Scale 1:100” writing from the images of site plans on their platforms since our complaint, surely that alone shows they were wrong!!?? We are out a substantial amount of money and are just relived we discovered the mistake before we were any further into the build. I cannot stress enough that if you want to feel supported and well informed throughout the stressful moving process then stay well clear!!!

GoogleJust completed the sale off our house using UPS Ards. From initial meet with Rachel and then Robbie and Laura the whole team are fantastic and I was totally kept informed of everything that was happening from viewings to feedback right through to the end of sale. Could not recommend these guys and their business highly enough. If there were 10 they would get. Thank you too all the team at Ards UPS.

Dealing with Mandy, Louise, Sandra and Robbie they all communicated very efficiently and were very proactive in the advertising/sale of my property, and kept determined through not the smoothest of sale, enabling the purchase of my new property also through UPS. We have used this branch of UPS to buy a property as well as to sell. I highly recommend them in every way. Their communication is excellent, and they are punctual and courteous. Both Thomas and Lara are professional and dependable. I was overseas during the course of much of the sale, but was confident that everything would go well, as the house was in trusted hands.

All the staff in the Newtownards branch were always courteous, very professional, helpful and couldn’t do enough for me which is what you need when selling your house. The whole process and experience was very well managed from start to finish with no stress of issues. 10/10 would recommend.
