TrustpilotSmooth and easy process - very professional
We have just bought and then rented out a house through Reeds Rains in Acomb. The process with them has been smooth and problem free, despite what’s been going on with Covid and also us living overseas. Jordan and Alex have been super helpful and professional, can’t fault them at all.Thank you for all your hard work guys!

My wife and I have several properties that we rent and this was our first experience of using Reeds Rains. It will not be the last. Viewings organised very well with good notifications, vetting process clearly robust, smooth handling of all aspects. Excellent from all the team including Zoe and Scarlett.

Great first impression but service was very poor. Lack of information and feedback I had to keep chasing up. Disappointed with photos. Went in branch to discuss price decrease. Was left to stand over desk no chairs provided or beverage offered. Make to feel uncomfortable
