GoogleI would highly recommend UPS Glengormley to anyone (particularly Sarah who was absolutely amazing!). I found their service first class and whole team were always very helpful. I was constantly kept up to date with progress, right the way through until we got our keys. We also recieved knowledgeable advice and support and nothing was ever too much. I then dealt with Heather proceeding with the sale who was a great communicator and kept us up to date with everything her professionalism was great as my seller agent was not . GoogleI was really impressed by the work done by the team at Ulster Property Sales. Keith’s initial valuation was done promptly, and his tips regarding marketing the property definitely helped to ensure a sale being agreed in two weeks, well above the initial asking price! I was kept informed about viewers and offers daily by Lynzi. Even though the sale was agreed just before lockdown, Keith and Lynzi kept in touch, and were always on hand to answer my queries without delay. I cannot praise Keith, Lynzi and the team enough for their enthusiasm, professionalism and commitment in what was a new experience to me, compounded by the COVID situation. I would thoroughly recommend this office if you are thinking of listing your property.

GoogleI would definitely recommend UPS Gelengormley as your selling agent. The whole process was seamless and the way my sale was handled was 1st Class. From initial contact through valuation, photographs (which were outstanding) right through to completion - I was so impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. In particular I’d like to thank Keith for his sound advice on pitch and sale price for my property as well as taking photos that looked straight out of a gallery rather than on a property website. I’d also like to thank Heather for keeping me informed at every single stage as well as helping move things along with solicitors etc. during a very difficult and challenging time with all the delays as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. She was just terrific. Then there was Paul on the financial advice side with the purchase of the new property. He was literally excellent in helping us decide the best option for us in such a complex and confusing array of financial mortgage products. GoogleI’ll be staying far away from this branch and will be advising alot of other people the same. Non stop calling!!! If someone can’t answer the phone email them!!! You have my email so email me and I will call back!!! Even at work it’s frustrating when you can’t answer!! Called in to book for a viewing, given a date and time, now I’m in East belfast and this was up in Newtownabbey so it is some drive, drove up to the house on the exact day and time to meet to find the house sold, no communication, no email or phone to tell me it was sold. Rang the office as I felt there was some mistake to be told ‘I can’t help you’ not really anyway you speak to a customer! I then emailed back asking why I was sent to a house that was sold to say I received a phone call and email cancellation to which I didn’t! Making me look like a liar. Very frustrating when you’re trying to buy your own house and very limited communication through the company itself.

Other than Lara who has been very helpful, UPS have been woeful in mediating the sale of a house. I have had prior poor experiences in dealing with this company and would never consider buying a house on the market with them again.

GoogleI am bitterly disappointed in the viewing today, I genuinely thought it could be the place for me. The pics make the place look huge ( 12 Falcon Apartments Mayfield ). The place was a mess, not tidied, electrics need rewired, all the floors are swelling which indicates damp and they need changed. The kitchen doors are all peeling. Literally about 10-15 grands worth of work. Thanks for getting my hopes up UPS, your pics and description of the flat were just blatant lies. UPS I am bitterly disappointed in the false hope you provided.
